Mention something negative.... When we arrived the sheets were dirty; we told reception and they didn’t change them — same hairs, same stains. At night we had no lights in the room: every bulb was blown. The lifeguard left the pool full of leaves and allowed people doing aquagym to record with their phones in the water. The buffet was awful — very low-quality food and little variety.

Above all, the variety of the food — it was repetitive. In six days there wasn’t a single rice dish or paella, no fried fish, everything was kept to the bare minimum. The rooms need a bit more attention, although the bathroom was very good. The staff were friendly, but the restaurant manager was very strict and wouldn’t serve the all-inclusive soft drinks in large glasses, only small ones.

Good afternoon, this was the second time the four of us went as a family. The hotel isn’t bad for the price, but we were very upset by the way some staff treated us — they need to know how to respond to and speak with customers.
We stayed four days and three nights. From the first day there were items missing from the All-Inclusive offer (chocolate and vanilla milkshakes and white casera) and when I asked for them I was told there weren’t any because they had been returned as they were near their expiry date and nobody ordered them. About the casera they said hardly anyone drinks it and if there wasn’t any you had to ask for something else. As you can imagine, the little children only had that for breakfast and as an afternoon snack, and the adults drank the white casera. This happened from the first day — there was some in the morning but by the afternoon there was none until the last day we left. We submitted several complaints for this reason.
We were also travelling with an adult who has a condition called adrenoleukodystrophy and cannot eat fat, and there were constant problems with their meals. In the end they did prepare food for them but with difficulty. The rooms are infrequently cleaned; if a piece of paper falls on the floor it stays there for four days.
When they served a mojito there was no crushed ice — it came with ice cubes and the mint wasn’t muddled, so it wasn’t a mojito at all. But you had to accept it because, according to them, the staff are doing their job and that’s what’s available. The food repeats almost the same dishes every day, so you have to eat whatever is offered; there’s no alternative.
In conclusion, we will not return to this hotel because the service leaves a lot to be desired. Thank you.
Buenas tardes , es la segunda vez q íbamos 4 familia , el hotel no está mal para el precio q vale , pero nosotros estamos muy dijustados con el trato recibido x algunos trabajadores , ay q saber responder y hablar a los clientes , x otro lado nos hemos pegado 4 dias y 3 noches . Desde el 1 día nos faltaban productos q entraban en el todo incluido ( batidos de chocolate y vainilla y casera blanca ) y la respuesta cuando lo pedía era de q no había xq lo habían devuelto xq se caducaban y nadie los pedía y la casera q es q apenas nadie lo bebe y si no había pues tenías q pedir otra cosa y como comprenderéis los niños pequeños eran lo único q desayunaban x la mañana y x la tarde merendaban y los adultos la casera blanca . Eso nos a ocurrido desde el 1 día q si hubo y ya luego x la tarde no había más hasta el último día q nos hemos ido . Hemos puestos varias reclamaciones x esos motivo . Luego llevábamos a un adulto con una enfermedad q se llama adrenoleucodiatrofia q no puede comer grasa y todo eran pegas hacia su comida . Al final nos lo hacían pero con problemas . Las habitaciones la limpian poco si se cae un papel en el suelo ay se pega los 4 días .
Luego cuando te sirven un mojito no ay hielo picado te lo
Dan en cubitos de hielo y el ministro sin estrujar , eso no era mojito no era nada . Pero te tenías q aguantar xq según ellos son unos trabajadores y cumplen con lo q ay .Lq comida repiten casi todos los días lo mismo asin q te tienes q comer lo q te pongan no ay otra . Conclusión q damos es q no vamos a volver más a este hotel xq el servicio deja mucho q desear .gracias
