Very good
The tranquillity — we went in the last week of September and you can tell there are far fewer people around.
At the buffet, items that have run out should be refilled before guests have to point it out. There were times when large groups arrived and some foods ran out and took a long time to be replaced.

Superb
The hotel is very good. Clean, attractive, the pool is large and there is a smaller one for children. Large garden with lots of sunbeds.
The food is very good too. Something for everyone and lots of variety. It’s all served buffet-style.
There’s also an afternoon tea/snack option. Honestly, you can eat and drink to your heart’s content!
And the hotel staff are the best. Everyone is extremely attentive — from reception to housekeeping, waiters, cooks, entertainment, etc.
Totally recommended.
Totalmente recomendable.
One downside: the hotel is a little far from the centre, which is also part of its charm. But you need to drive if you want to go out.

On the upper floors there are nice views.
En las plantas superiores hay bonitas vistas.
Far from the beach on foot. The way back is all uphill and if you go by car you can’t find anywhere to park. The pool was quite dirty.

The hotel is fine for older people. It’s unacceptable that in September there’s no entertainment or activities of any kind — a hotel just for resting. The only good things were the cleanliness and some of the staff.
The worst thing about the hotel is that there’s nothing to keep you entertained during the day — they provide no entertainment at all. The food is very repetitive and limited in variety. It seems aimed at foreign visitors and older people — there were several IMSERSO excursions — so I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children, at least in September, and the all-inclusive is rather basic.

Fabulous
The best thing about the accommodation is the staff, their attitude, and the tranquillity... It’s perfect for resting and, at the same time, for enjoying yourself and having a great time. Because of its location, it’s also ideal for taking a day holiday while you’re staying to visit Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Málaga... although if you don’t want to leave the hotel, the entertainment team and Jose and Mery (entertainers) are some of the best we’ve come across on this kind of holiday. Without a doubt, the hotel staff deserve all our affection and the highest rating. Please, don’t change the staff and take good care of them.
Although the hotel is pretty, cosy and family-friendly, the rooms need renovation.

It was a very peaceful place, just what I was looking for to switch off for a few days. The staff were very friendly.
I expected more from the buffet. I can’t complain much since for the price I paid for the weekend it’s fine, but if I had paid what you expect to pay for a 4-star hotel and found those facilities and services on arrival, I wouldn’t return.
