Family days with beach time and good weather. The beds were comfortable.

Cleaning was awful. We arrived on the first day at 3pm and the cleaning was very, very basic, and on the other days they cleaned the room later than lunch so we had to wait to have our siesta. The food was basic and repetitive, there were no quality products, very low-end. The bathrooms were horrible, even with loose floor tiles. The cistern was dodgy. The air conditioning sounds like a tractor. You can hear a lot from one room to another. The room furnishings were basic, old and poor quality, except the mattress, which was comfortable. We wouldn't go back.
Limpieza fatal, entramos el primer día a las 3 con limpieza muy muy justita y el resto de los días limpiaban la habitación más tarde de la comida, nos tocaba esperar para echarnos la siesta. La comida básica, repetitiva, no había productos de calidad, muy de batalla. Los baños horribles, incluso piezas de suelo sueltas. La cisterna chunga.. El AA suena como un tractor. De una habitación a otra se escucha un montón. La dotación de las habitaciones básica, antigua y mala, excepto el colchón que era cómodo. No repetiríamos.

The food is very good, there's a lot of variety, especially the pasta, which is great for kids. The meat, rice, and fish are all very good. The pools are also very nice. The lounge next to reception with a TV is very quiet, perfect for having a drink and watching football. Overall, everything is great. I've been twice and I'll be back again.
La comida es muy buena hay mucha variedad sobre todo la pasta que para los niños está genial carne arroces pescado todo muy bien las piscinas también muy bien la sala que hay junto recepción con TV es muy tranquila para tomarte algo y ver el fútbol en general todo muy bien e venido dos veces y vendré más .
The only thing I've noticed is that they start removing the food half an hour before lunchtime, at 2:30, and don't close until 3:00. Then at night, they close at 9:00 and don't close until 9:30. I understand that they have to clear the food, but I think 10 minutes would be enough.
Lo único que e visto mal es que empiezan a retirar la comida media hora antes a la comida 2:30 y no se cierra hasta las 3 y a la noche a las 9 y no se cierra 9:30 entiendo que se tenga que recoger pero con 10 minutos creo abría suficiente .

They gave us a double room for four by adding two beds. We couldn’t even get down from the bed on the sides, and they didn’t change it for us. The drains in both the bath and the sink were clogged, and the seals were black so even if it was clean it didn’t look it. The four of us felt like we were in a shoebox.

It’s been a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely come back next year, but for more days—I just didn’t have enough time to keep enjoying myself. The service was unbeatable, there were always sun loungers free by the pool, and there were three pools to choose from at any time.

Very good
One of the best hotels in terms of value for money. The entertainment team and the staff in general are the best part of the hotel, which says a lot. The food is very good, and even though it’s a buffet, it really stands out, so well done there. The pools are also very good and there’s a nice variety. Recommended for families.
Hotel calidad/precio de lo mejor que hay. El equipo de animación y el personal en general es lo mejor del hotel eso ya te puede decir mucho. La comida muy bien eso si pese a ser buffet bastante destacable bien ahi, luego las piscinas muy bien y variadas, recomendable para familias.
Rooms are just "adequate". There's no minibar, the air conditioning is poor and doesn’t cool as it should in the middle of August, and the balcony wasn’t cleaned on any of the 4 days we were there (cleanliness overall was pretty bad). The TV was limited to only regular channels, but the worst thing... the worst was the mattresses, ugh, those old spring ones that dig into your back — my back hurt so much!

It’s a standard hotel, nothing much to highlight but it has the basic services you need to spend a couple of days, not for long stays.
A nice touch is that water at lunch and dinner is free. The food is good, not a lot of variety but in line with the price you pay.

Detalle que el agua a la hora de comer/cenar sea gratuita. La comida bie, sin mucha variedad pero adaptada al precio que pagas.
I should mention that we had to change rooms three times because the air conditioning didn’t work in any of them. To be fair, they did sort it out. However, I think it would be good to check that this issue is fixed, especially in August, because it would be impossible to stay there without air conditioning. Everything else was fine.
A destacar que nos tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación por que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba en ninguna de las 3. Destacar que lo solucionaron. Pero estaría bien revisar que este tema en pleno agosto funcione ya que sin aire estaría imposible estar. Todo lo demás, correcto.

I really liked the view of the beach from the 4th floor balcony. The location is good, close to the beach and the coves. The staff were generally very good. The gym is very nice; it's small but has good machines. The pool is good, especially for children.

The tiles in the room are quite deteriorated, as are the bedside tables. There's very little variety of food in the restaurant, and the opening hours are geared more towards foreigners. The hotel is very old, the restaurant is literally a mess, it’s extremely poorly organised and there’s no variety at all. If you’re diabetic you’re in trouble because everything has some sweet sauce, there’s no lifeguard at two of the pools, the shower is dirty, they don’t replace the soap between guests, be careful in the shower as the bathtub rail might fall on you or you may not know which tap the water will come from. The evening show is only for children and a Coke costs €3.20 after you’ve already paid for everything.

The location is very good. Being so close to the beach allowed us to enjoy the sea and return to the hotel for lunch. There was also a Mercadona right opposite.
The staff’s attention tries to make up for the shortcomings in the service. The weekend break served its purpose, but I’m not sure we would come back.
La ubicación es muy buena. La cercanía a la playa que nos permitió disfrutar del mar y volver a comer al hotel. También había un Mercadona justo enfrente.
La atención del personal trata de compensar las deficiencias del servicio. La escapada de fin de semana cumplió con su cometido pero nose si volveremos.
Ugh, without a doubt the CLEANLINESS was completely inadequate. Hair everywhere: on the food, in the shower, on the bed, on the floors. The sinks in the shared areas flooded, with no toilet paper, and unusable. In the dining room there were leftovers from previous days, dirty cutlery, stained glasses and poorly washed plates. Truly unhygienic, not meeting even basic standards.
The room needs urgent maintenance. Lots of broken furniture. The sheets stained and worn.
The communal areas were overcrowded, the lifts small, causing queues and delays to get up to rooms on the higher floors. The pool was dirty, and the rules of behaviour were not respected as there were many groups of teenagers doing as they pleased.
Uff, sin duda LA LIMPIEZA, totalmente deficiente. Pelos en todos sitios: la comida, la ducha, la cama, los pisos. Los lavabos de zonas comunes inundados, sin papel, imposibles de usar. En el comedor, restos de comida de días anteriores, los cubiertos sucios, los vasos manchados, los platos mal lavados. Realmente muy poco higiénico, no superando los niveles básicos.
La habitación necesita mantenimiento urgente. Mucho mobiliario roto. Las sábanas manchadas y desgastadas.
Las zonas comunes abarrotadas de gente, los ascensores pequeños, generando colas y demoras para subir a la habitación si estabas en los pisos superiores. La piscina sucia, sin respetar las normas de convivencia ya que habían muchos grupos de adolescentes que hacían lo que querían.
