Really nice hotel! And really nice people working there! I had a problem with Esquiades I couldn’t reach the customer service - they provide only Spanish number for services that are in other country - in Andorra. But the hotel really helped me to solve the issues. The breakfast was great , with eggs, cheese, cruasanes. The view from our room was beautiful on the mountains. The beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Good location. Spacious, clean room with a nice mountain view.
Breakfast does not have much variety but is of good quality.
Our bad luck to catch a children's trip in the same hotel. The noise was deafening.

Location: a bit far from the center, but you can walk there. It's a dormitory hotel. The common room and bar close at 20:00h. just when you return from the slopes or shopping.. There is no billiards and the terrace is closed.. The main areas: corridors, bar, restaurant.. are not heated!..

The experience was not good. Car Park was difficult, although the staff was friendly and allowed us to leave our things while we parked. Room 170 was very poorly located; it wasn't signposted, and to get there, you had to walk through an area with old mattresses. As soon as we entered, there was a very strong smell of sewage. Although it was clean, the room was very old, the walls were all patched up, and the shower curtain smelled bad. We understood it was an economy room and didn't expect luxury, but we did expect basic amenities. They also decided to turn off the only radiator in the room, and when we came back from skiing, the cold was unbearable. We asked to change rooms because of the smell and the location, but they told us it wasn't possible. That night there was an event at the hotel, and the noise was constant and unbearable. At 11:40 p.m., they started moving furniture above our room, making it impossible to sleep. The ceiling light fixture even fell onto the bed, luckily without any problems. The staff were friendly, but they were the ones participating in the event and making the noise.No matter how little you pay, it's unacceptable not being able to rest in a hotel. We wouldn't repeat the experience.
La experiencia no fue buena. El aparcamiento fue complicado, aunque el personal fue amable y nos permitió dejar las cosas mientras aparcábamos.
La habitación 170 estaba muy mal ubicada, no aparecía señalizada y para llegar había que pasar por una zona con colchones viejos. Nada más entrar, el olor a tuberías era muy fuerte. Aunque estaba limpia, la habitación era muy antigua, las pareces estaban todas parcheadas y la cortina de la ducha olía mal. Entendimos que era una habitación económica y no esperábamos lujos, pero sí unas condiciones mínimas. También decidieron cerrar el único radiador de la habitación y al llegar de esquiar, el frío era insoportable.
Pedimos cambiar de habitación por el olor y la ubicación, pero nos dijeron que no era posible. Esa noche había un evento en el hotel y el ruido fue constante e insoportable. A las 23:40 empezaron a mover muebles encima de nuestra habitación, haciendo imposible dormir. Incluso se cayó la rejilla de la luz del techo sobre la cama, por suerte sin consecuencias.
El personal fue amable, pero eran ellos mismos quienes participaban en el evento y generaban el ruido. Por poco que se pague, no es aceptable no poder descansar en un hotel. No repetiríamos.

Parking si te conoces la zona puedes aparcar pero si no es muy difícil aparcar cerca.
