The location is excellent because it is central although it is not easily accessible as it is hidden in a pedestrian street and has no access by car.

The accommodation and location are good, the staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are warm, although the radiator is closed, but it can be opened as desired.

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the mattress was quite worn and molded to the shape of your body. With a maximum of 5 people in the hotel, the Wi-Fi worked fine; beyond that, it stopped working.

The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms very well. The waitress at the dinner restaurant (La Cava) is very clueless; she made a mistake when taking notes and also when delivering the starters' dishes. The hotel staff is very nice, they explain everything and are helpful. The room is good, with radiator heating, good beds, and a small balcony. As for the breakfast buffet, there is not much variety, but it is good.

The hotel staff was very good. The location was very good.

The room was horrible and claustrophobic. The window was tiny and the only thing you could see was a wall opposite just a few centimetres away. You couldn't see the light and no air could get in. There were pigeons fluttering around. The rooms don't have air conditioning and in summer, with the heat it has been, it has been horrible. It was impossible to sleep. The furniture was old. The television didn't work very well. The wifi either didn't work or had very little signal. The bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower. The hairdryer didn't work: it gave off smoke and smelled burnt. The breakfast was very basic. I wouldn't go back to this hotel.
La habitación horrible y claustrofóbica.La ventana era minúscula y lo único que se veía era una pared enfrente a pocos centímetros.No se veía la luz ni entraba el aire.Había palomas revoloteando.Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y en verano,con el calor que ha hecho,ha sido horroroso.
