If the hotel was advertised as a 2 star hotel I would not have been so critical on the room we got.
Do not be fooled by the 4 star rating! The room was definitely not what you expect. Air Conditioning was set on one temperature which was way too hot and the only option was to keep it off and open the window. There was a hole in the wall, dirty coffee cups where left in the room for days, beds are really not comfortable. After being told that we could park in the parking below the hotel we were then charged 10 euros a day for parking when checking out. Not a great experience unfortunately.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. You can go up to your room from the car park lot; it's very convenient.

You can see some things are worn from age, but everything is clean and in good condition. Regarding the car park, they should make it so you don't have to park again because the barrier doesn't open (there was no one behind me...and I was able to back into the car park lot). They should just charge whatever the last day costs and be done with it.
Se nota que hay cositas desgastadas por el paso del tiempo , pero todo limpio y correcto.
El tema del parking , deberían hacerlo de tal manera que no tenga que volver a aparcar pq la barrera no abre (no tenía a nadie detrás...y pude volver al parking marcha atrás) , cobrar el último dia lo que sea y ya.

Nothing. Old, misshapen mattress and pillow. Horrid food; I had to eat out, even though I'd paid for half-board. The spa was closed due to supposed renovations that had been going on for months (according to online reviews), which they didn't mention when we made the booking. Extremely dirty rooms and main areas; I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen or the fryer must be like. Rust in the bathroom, and a long list of other issues for a hotel with the "Palace" name and a 4-star rating. Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience, and considering it was my partner's birthday, Christmas, and anniversary gift, I can tell you it was the worst experience in the more than 10 years I've booked with you.
Nada. Colchon y almohada viejos y deformados. Comida horrible, tuve que comer fuera, habiendo pagado media pensión. No habia spa por unas supuestas reformas desde hace muchos meses (segun comentarios de Internet) de las que no informan cuando hacemos la reserva. Muchísima suiciedad en habitaciones y zonas comunes, ni me quiero imaginar como estará la cocina o la freidora. Óxido en el baño y un largo etc para un hotel con una denominación de Palace y una calificación de 4 estrellas. Sinceramente muy lamentable y si ha eso le añadimos que era el regalo de cumpleaños, navidad y aniversario de mi pareja pues les puedo resumir que ha sido la peor experiencia en los más de 10 años que llevo reservado con vosotros.
