Don’t be put off by the lower price – this hotel is a fantastic find! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start.
It’s perfectly located – close to the ski lifts but far enough from the nightlife for a peaceful night’s sleep. The hotel was also immaculately clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Great value, excellent service, and a comfortable stay – I’d definitely return!

Really nice little hotel. Received lots of useful info from Mariana at the reception, such as recommended restaurants/avoid some restaurants, where to rent skis etc. I would highly recommend Petit Hotel to anyone going to Andorra.

The hotel was perfect. Great location 5mins walk from slopes, in middle of all shops and restaurants and close to parking.
Also, the staff went over and beyond what I would consider to be great service. Thank you for being so helpful, friendly and your attention to detail.

Quiet, clean hotel, plenty of hot water, pleasant reception and ready to help with anything needed (and tries to speak Catalan). There are loading and unloading points almost in front and the vertical covered car park of the Maià is a minute walk away (€24.40/day, December 2025). It is not very far from the slopes, although the journey in the afternoon, when tired, can be a bit long.
Hotel tranquil, net, aigua calenta abundant, recepció agradable i disposada a ajudar en el que fes falta (i s'esforça a parlar en català).
Hi ha llocs de càrrega i descàrrega gairebé davant i l'aparcament cobert vertical del maià està a un minut caminant (24,40€/dia, desembre 2025).
No és molt lluny de les pistes, tot i que el trajecte a la tarda, cansats, es pot fer una mica llarg.
Despite being a decent place, there are some weak points: - there is no elevator (and there is nothing on the ground floor, the reception is on the 1st floor and the rooms are on the 1st-3rd) - the heating is on full blast, if you don't adjust the radiator thermostat properly, you will melt like chocolates in hell. And the thermostat has numbers that don't correspond to a temperature in °C, so it's trial and error until you find the right one. A guide paper with an approximate number-temperature relationship would be very useful. - the room with the ski lockers is in the basement, having to go down the stairs with your boots... the room is tiny and there is no bench to sit on to change your shoes - being a small hotel, the breakfast, although correct, is not very varied (and the waitresses barely understand Catalan) You can park on the street, blue zone, but you will have to be careful with the ticket (I think it is a 5h maximum, in cash and no change) and if it snows you have to take the car out so they can clean the road.
Tot i ser un lloc correcte, hi ha punts un pèl febles:
- no hi ha ascensor (i no hi ha res a la planta baixa, la recepció al 1r pis i habitacions al 1r-3r)
- la calefacció va a tot drap, com no reguleu bé el termòstat del radiador, us fondreu com bombons a l'infern. I el termòstat va amb números que no corresponen a una temperatura en °C, per tant, és prova-error fins a trobar el punt. Un paper guia amb relació número-temperatura aproximada seria molt útil.
- la saleta amb els armariets pels esquís està al soterrani, havent de baixar les escales amb les botes... la sala és minúscula i no hi ha un banc per seure a canviar-se el calçat
- en ser un hotel petit, l'esmorzar, tot i ser correcte, és poc variat (i les cambreres amb prou feines entenen el català)
Podeu aparcar al carrer, zona blava, però haureu d'estar pendents del tiquet (crec que són 5h màxim, en metàl·lic i no torna canvi) i si neva cal treure el cotxe per tal que netegin la via.

It's a simple hotel. This is my second time there (two years in a row) for a three-day ski/snowboarding holiday, and it's perfect for that. The hotel offers a full breakfast to help you spend the day at the resort. There aren't many amenities, but you won't need more if that's your plan. The location is unbeatable; you're a two-minute walk from the chairlift, with all the necessary amenities and several options for lunch, groceries, and dinner. The Wi-Fi is very good, although if you have to work remotely, for example, in my room, the desk was tiny. The cleanliness was perfect, and the staff was charming, super friendly and willing to do whatever they could to help you. I would definitely stay again :)
Es un hotel sencillo, ya es mi segunda vez alli (dos años consecutivos) para poder estar 3 dias de esqui/snowboard y es óptimo para eso. El hotel te ofrece un desayuno completito para pasar el día en la estación, no hay muchos servicios pero no hace falta más si ese es tu plan. La ubicación es inmejorable, estás a 2 minutos a pie del telesilla, con todos los servicios necesarios para ello y varias opciones para comer, comprar comida, cenar. El Wifi muy bien aunque si tienes que teletrabajar por ejemplo en mi habitacion el escritorio era pequeñito. La limpieza perfecta y el personal un encanto, super cercano y dispuestas a hacer lo que esté en su mano para ayudarte. Yo sin dudar repetiría estancia :)
It's a very austere hotel, which, depending on the type of holiday you're looking for, may not be the ideal choice if you plan to spend a lot of time there. Perhaps more variety at breakfast would be something that could be improved, but overall, it fully meets the requirements.
Es un hotel muy austero, que según el tipo de viaje que busques puede no ser tu opción ideal si piensas pasar mucho tiempo allí. Quiza darle mas variedad al desayuno sería algo a mejorar pero en general cumple con lo que se busca plenamente.
