Good
The location is very good despite the lack of car park. It has plenty of space to relax and never feels crowded, the dining room is spacious with good capacity, and the bedroom is large with effective air conditioning.
La ubicación es muy buena independientemente que no haya donde aparcar, pero es muy buena la ubicación, tiene muy buen espacio para relajarse y no se siente que haya mucha gente, el comedor es amplio y tiene buena capacidad y por último la habitación amplia y buen aire acondicionado.
The food could be improved despite having affordable prices, not because of the quality but due to the chef’s lack of attitude, and the service could be friendlier.
La comida la pueden mejorar apsear de tener unos precios accesibles puesto que no es por la calidad de la comida sino de falta de actitud al cciner@ y el servicio puede ser mas amable

On 15 July 2026, during our stay at the hotel, we were evacuated from the premises due to an incident related to the pool, caused by a problem with the chemicals used for its maintenance.
As a result of this situation, we were forced to leave the hotel unexpectedly, suffering significant inconvenience, uncertainty and loss.
The hotel only offered us the possibility of going to another establishment located approximately 500 m away to have our meals, without providing an immediate solution for accommodation or adequate attention to the situation. Faced with the lack of a swift and effective response from the hotel, we had to manage the situation ourselves, without receiving the assistance one would expect from the establishment.
Furthermore, once the incident had been resolved, the hotel did not inform us at any time. We had to enquire about the status ourselves to find out whether we could return to the premises, which demonstrates a lack of communication and care for the affected guests.
I also disagree with the hotel’s assertion that the transfer to the other hotel adequately compensated for the inconvenience caused. It is positive that the facilities at that establishment were equivalent or even superior in some respects; however, this did not constitute a real solution for all services. Having been evacuated immediately, we did not have our belongings and therefore could not make use of facilities such as the pool or fully enjoy those services.
In addition, during that time we did not have access to our regular medication. Among those affected were people with conditions such as epilepsy and hypertension, which increased concern and uncertainty at not being able to access prescribed treatments for several hours. Although fortunately there were no medical incidents, this circumstance caused significant stress that I believe should be taken into account when assessing the impact the evacuation had on guests.
For these reasons, I still consider that it would have been appropriate for the hotel group to offer a goodwill gesture to the affected guests, not because the incident was directly the hotel’s fault, but because of the impact it had on our stay and as a sign of customer care.
El día 15 de julio de 2026, durante nuestra estancia en el hotel, hemos sido desalojados del establecimiento debido a un incidente relacionado con la piscina, ocasionado por un problema con los productos químicos utilizados para su mantenimiento.
Como consecuencia de esta situación, nos hemos visto obligados a abandonar el hotel de forma imprevista, sufriendo importantes molestias, incertidumbre y perjuicios.
El hotel únicamente nos ofreció la posibilidad de desplazarnos a otro establecimiento situado aproximadamente a 500 m para realizar las comidas, sin facilitarnos una solución inmediata respecto al alojamiento ni una atención adecuada a la situación generada. Ante la falta de una respuesta rápida y eficaz por parte del hotel, tuvimos que gestionar nosotros mismos la situación, sin recibir la asistencia esperable por parte del establecimiento.
Además, una vez que la incidencia quedó resuelta, el hotel no nos informó en ningún momento. Tuvimos que ser nosotros quienes preguntáramos por el estado de la situación para saber si podíamos regresar al establecimiento, lo que evidencia una falta de comunicación y de atención hacia los clientes afectados.
Asimismo, tras las quejas, discrepo con la información que nos proporcionó el hotel respecto al traslado al otro hotel compensara adecuadamente las molestias ocasionadas. Me parece muy positivo que las instalaciones de ese establecimiento fueran equivalentes o incluso superiores en algunos aspectos; sin embargo, ello no suponía una solución real para todos los servicios. Al haber sido evacuados de forma inmediata, no disponíamos de nuestras pertenencias, por lo que no podíamos hacer uso de instalaciones como la piscina ni disfrutar plenamente de esos servicios.
Además, durante ese tiempo tampoco tuvimos acceso a nuestra medicación habitual. Entre las personas afectadas había patologías como epilepsia e hipertensión, lo que incrementó la preocupación y la incertidumbre al no poder disponer de los tratamientos prescritos durante varias horas. Aunque afortunadamente no se produjo ninguna incidencia médica, esta circunstancia supuso un importante motivo de estrés que considero debe tenerse en cuenta al valorar el impacto que tuvo la evacuación sobre los huéspedes.
Por ello, sigo considerando que hubiera sido apropiado que la cadena tuviera un gesto comercial con los clientes afectados, no porque la incidencia fuera responsabilidad directa del hotel, sino por el impacto que tuvo en nuestra estancia y como muestra de atención al cliente.
