The castle dominates the skyline from its location at the highest point, presiding over its historical and artistic heritage of this. Set in a Moorish citadel constructed on a Roman settlement, this historic hotel is housed in an imposing castle which dates from 1123 and was the residence of bishops and cardinals until the late nineteenth century, which is a decent accommodation in Kings retaining the palace throne rooms and a Romanesque chapel of the thirteenth century.
