          Half of the sections of the spa were not working, and since no one controls, people occupy the heat tables with the towel while they are in another section. The breakfast buffet little variety. For a 4* it leaves a lot to be desired.

          The Spa is only on weekends and the heated pool is not freely accessible and it is confusing to be in the SPA circuit (weekends only) you have to pay €35. The breakfast is very poor for the amount paid and for the 4 stars it has. Breakfast starts at 8:00 and with the distance to the slopes they would have to start earlier.
          El Spa es solo los fines de semana y la piscina climatizada no es de acceso libre y da a confusión esta en el circuito de SPA (solo fines de semana) hay que pagar 35€. El desayuno es muy pobre para el importe que se paga y para las 4 estrellas que tiene. El desayuna empieza a las 8:00 y con la distancia que hay hasta las pista tendrían que empezar antes.

          In general everything has been great, the staff was very nice and the hotel services were excellent. The wifi worked correctly and the breakfast was very complete.

          A couple of things that could be improved were the fact that the beds moved as they have wheels at the base. Another would be the sound isolation between the immediate room as the conversations were heard.

          Frankly, I loved the experience. The room excellent, the food delicious and the staff very friendly. We went for a snow trip to Astun - Candanchu and without a doubt next year I will repeat, besides recommending it to friends.

          Twin beds when I had specified double bed, plus no effort on the part of staff to change rooms when the hotel was almost empty. A tiny window of the room, it must measure at least 2 meters to see the outside.

          The rooms were perfect and very nice, the bed very comfortable and well equipped. I have to highlight the attention received by Cristina from reception and Claudin, both were very nice and were there to help you in everything. Also, the spa glasses girl. If they would have more options for coeliacs in the food, I would repeat without hesitation.

Tengo que destacar la atención recibida por Cristina de recepción y Claudin, ambas fueron muy simpáticas y estaban para ayudarte en todo. También, la chica de gafas del spa. Si tendrían mas opciones para celíacos en la comida, repetiría sin dudarlo.
          What displeased me most is that before making the reservation, I called to ask if there would be gluten-free food, especially at breakfast since we were skiing and they said no problem. When I arrived, they only offered me gluten-free bread for breakfast (without making) and sausage (cross-contamination, since everybody took the same dish and mixed it with their bread). At dinner time, from the menu, I could only eat one salad, and second, another dish, with no options. Since I did not like the dishes, at least they made an effort to make me a hamburger with celiac bread, which I have to say was very good, my thanks to the kitchen. But the service of the restaurant everything a lack of control, 3 people attending for the full dining room, overflowed. Although it must be said that the young boy was getting everything pretty good. If I came to know about the food, I would not have chosen this hotel. On the other hand, the spa water was quite cold.
          Lo que mas me a disgustado es que antes de realizar la reserva, llame para preguntar si habría comida sin gluten, sobre todo en el desayuno ya que esquiabamos y me dijeron que sin problema. Al llegar solo me ofrecieron un pan sin gluten para el desayuno ( sin hacer) y embutido ( contaminación cruzada, ya que todo el mundo cogía del mismo plato y lo mezclaban con sus panes). A la hora de la cena, del menú, solo podía comer una ensalada, y de segundo otro plato, sin opciones. Dado que no me gustaban los platos , por lo menos se esforzaron en hacerme una hamburguesa con pan celíaco, que tengo que decir que estaba muy buena, mis agradecimientos a cocina. Pero el servicio del restaurante todo un descontrol, 3 personas atendiendo para el comedor lleno, se desbordaron. Aunque hay que decir que el chico joven fue sacando todo bastante bien. Si llego a saber lo de la comida, no hubiera escogido este hotel. Por otro lado, el agua del spa estaba bastante fria.
