Excellent location. For a few days at the beach and the pool, you cannot ask for more.

La cercania a la playa ,al puerto de isla canela y las bebidas del todo incluido.
Old rooms with bathtub and curtain. Jacuzy only worked one and the one that was there was full of children all day impossible to use it. Hammocks reserved from morning

The entertainment is what we like the most, young people, knowing what they are doing, super nice and you laugh with them a lot, the pool area is very good with slides for children, a children's area and various activities for all ages.
La animación es lo que más nos gusto, gente joven, sabiendo lo que hacen, súper agradables y te ríes con ellos un montón, la zona piscina está muy bien con toboganes para los niños, zona infantil y varias actividades para todas las edades.
The apartment room we took, ours, we don't know the others... Broken light switches, the bed every time you moved seemed like an orchestra because of the protector or I don't know what it would be... A lot of mosquitoes, shower drain not swallowed ... sheet metal bathroom ceiling that every time you opened you were scared of the noise ...
La habitación apartamento que cogimos, la nuestra, no sabemos las demás... Llaves de luz rotas, la cama cada vez que te movidas parecia una orquesta por el protector o no se que sería... Mucho mosquito, desagüe de la ducha no tragaba...techo del baño de chapa que cada vez que abrias te asustabas del ruido...

Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Good animation team.
Personal amable, atento y servicial. Buen equipo de animación.
Curtain in the bathroom and improvable cleaning. The bar/dining room food could be much improved. And pretty beer-type drinks; others ) acceptable coffees.

The hotel staff (reception, waiters, cleaning and maintenance) excellent, very friendly, quick response to orders. Animation team "best of the best" certainly impossible to be depressed, always very active and fun. There is entertainment for all ages with teenage children (12 to 16) having a blast and adults too. The beach on the 1st line very close and beautiful with a very pleasant pedestrian promenade. Unforgettable vacations to repeat!
El personal del hotel (recepción, camareros, limpieza y mantenimiento) excelente, muy amables, rápida respuesta en los pedidos. Equipo de animación "best of the best" sin duda imposible estar deprimido, siempre muy activos y divertidos. Hay animación para todas las edades con niños adolescentes (12 a 16) la pasaron pipa y los adultos también. La playa en 1ª línea muy cerca y preciosa con un paseo peatonal muy agradable. ¡Vacaciones inolvidables a repetir!
The building is not new, but with some renovations, the bathrooms, specifically, would look good (the curtain could be replaced by screens). The toilets in the bathrooms in the common areas have a very small space for the user, which is very uncomfortable.
El edificio no es nuevo, pero con algunas remodelaciones quedaría bien específicamente los baños (la cortinilla podría substituirse por mamparas). Los inodoros de los baños de las zonas comunes tienen un espacio muy reducido para el usuario es muy incómodo.
