We stayed with only bed and breakfast. Room and hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast itself is fine
However the breakfast room it is not a Nice place to easy enjoy your breakfast. It is loud and crowded. It is my personal experience that I did not like this. Next time I would book without breakfast.

Friendly staff at all times. The room was clean, although the furniture, doors and bathroom looked old. The food wasn’t very varied but was fine; it wasn’t greasy or over-salty, and they replenished it quickly when it ran out. The lifts didn’t take long, considering how many people there were.
Personal muy amable en todo momento. La habitación estaba limpia, aunque el mobiliario, puertas y el baño se veía viejo. La comida no era muy variada pero estaba bien, no era grasosa ni estaba salada, y reponían muy rápido cuando se agotaba. Los ascensores no tardaban mucho, teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de gente que había.

They say children don’t pay when in fact they do. If you want drinks included, they force you to pay for the drinks for the whole room (including a 1‑year‑old and a 4‑year‑old), and there was a leak from the air conditioning in the room.
Que digan que los niños no pagan cuando en realidad si,si quieres bebidas incluidas que te obligen a pagar las bebidas de toda la habitacion ( niño de 1 año y 4 años incluido) y la gotera que habia en la habitacion del aire acondicionado.

Very poor, flavourless food; breakfast was the only thing that saved it. Rooms were inadequately cleaned — the floor was covered in hairs and there was a leak in the bathroom. I would highlight the proximity to the seafront and marina as the only positive. The room was not ready at two o’clock and we were rudely told it was available from that time, not at that exact minute. I would not stay again.
Comida muy mala sin sabor, el desayuno fue lo único que se salvó. Habitaciones con poca limpieza suelo lleno de pelos y una gotera en el aseo. Destacaría la cercanía al paseo marítimo y puerto deportivo como único punto positivo. La habitación no estaba lista a las dos y de malas maneras nos dijeron que era a partir de esa hora no a esa hora concreta. No repetiría.

We really liked the place: the beach is well maintained and family-friendly, with beach bars and sunbeds at €6. The hotel is also very good — not new or ultra-modern, but well cared for and clean, with everything working properly. Bear in mind that the food is prepared for around 800 people, so it doesn’t have a homemade taste, but there’s a wide variety and dishes are replenished frequently; there are also water fountains in the dining room that you can use. The staff are very attentive as well.
El lugar nos ha gustado mucho, la playa muy cuidada y familiar, con chiringuitos y hamacas a 6 eur. El hotel también está muy bien, no es nuevo ni moderno a la última, pero está cuidado y limpio, todo funciona correctamente. La comida ten en cuenta que cocinan para unas 800 personas, no es un sabor casero, pero hay de todo, y reponen frecuentemente, además de que hay fuentes de agua en la sala y puedes usarlas. La atención del personal muy buena también.
People reserve sunbeds with towels and then don’t use them, nor do they show up at the pool. The evening activities could be improved, although I didn’t use them and that might be why.
Las tumbonas las reserva la gente con toalla y luego ni las usa, ni aparecen por la piscina. Las actividades nocturnas diría que mejorables, aunque no las usé y quizás sea por eso.

The staff are very friendly.
The rooms, although clean, look neglected because they are old.

What I most appreciate about the accommodation is the friendliness of the staff.
The quality and variety of the food have improved hugely compared with last year, but the drinks at the buffet are still of very low quality. Previously, under the former chain, we had bottled water and the other drinks were of good quality.

La calidad y variedad de las comidas ha mejorado muchísimo con respecto al año pasado, pero sin embargo la de las bebidas del buffet es de una calidad mínima. Antes, con la antigua cadena, teníamos nuestra agua embotellada y el resto de bebidas era de calidad.
The entertainment programme is rather, rather weak. Its schedule, starting at 3 pm in the afternoon, is inexplicable. In the evenings there should be replys among guests and more fun activities, rather than a lady singing while we all slowly drift away... Many of us long-term visitors miss Minerva, her energy and the way she used to get us up out of our people anywhere in the hotel.

Por las noches, deberían haber concursos entre los huéspedes y cosas más divertidas, que una señora cantando y viendo como vamos desapareciendo todos... The location next to the perfect beach; the beach by the hotel has small pebbles and sand, so special footwear is not required. Meals are quite good; there are themed dinners which are very enjoyable. The hotel is, in general, very clean.

Everything was pretty good. The rooms were rather small and, as a suggestion, since water is free with meals, provide small jugs so guests don’t have to get up every few minutes — the whole dining room was constantly getting up and down.

The room was quite good, the best thing was the location, with the beach opposite. The food was decent, like any buffet. Great value for money.

The pools are small and quite deep for children and adults... I couldn’t touch the bottom either and it’s uncomfortable; there was only a baby pool. Few sunbeds for such a large hotel and many families were left standing. Well done to the lifeguards for removing towels that guests left to reserve sunbeds.

The pools are very nice, the location is excellent — with a beach just across the road, a promenade and shops. The food is delicious and the rooms are clean. The staff are very friendly.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location — you cross the road and you’re on the beach — and the staff are incredible, from reception to the dining team.

The entertainment is dreadful — there are no performances, only children’s games and a few pool activities. The hotel urgently needs refurbishment; everything is very run-down. There is no air conditioning in the main areas and there are many glass walls, so when the sun is out it becomes unbearably hot. The lift queues at peak times are awful — you could be waiting ages, and on top of that it’s so hot. The pools are very deep; you have to keep swimming or hold on to the edge if you can’t touch the bottom. The food was repetitive during the four days we stayed, and the fruit and desserts were the same every day. If you don’t have an All-Inclusive package you have to queue to pay for drinks at the buffet and then queue again to receive them.

No dispone de aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes y tiene muchas cristaleras y cuando le da el sol hace un calor terrible. Las horas puntas para los ascensores es mortal te puedes morir esperando y encima la calor que hace. Las piscinas muy profundas tienes que estar nadando o agarrada al borde si no haces pie. La comida repetitiva para los 4 días que hemos estado y la fruta y postres todo los días igual. The facilities, the seafront promenade and the hotel being right on the beachfront were the best things about the accommodation.

It was an incredible weekend. The only issue was that on Friday at about 2:10 the room still wasn’t ready — we arrived at 1 and had to wait for them to give it to us — and because we checked in early on Friday we could have been allowed to check out a little later on Sunday. Other than that, everything was perfect. Also, we happened to have a rather unusual weekend and couldn’t enjoy it very much.

It is on the beachfront. The buffet food is decent, but a bit meagre for a 4-star hotel. The pool areas are very good; they laid artificial grass during our stay.
