We stayed with only bed and breakfast. Room and hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast itself is fine
However the breakfast room it is not a Nice place to easy enjoy your breakfast. It is loud and crowded. It is my personal experience that I did not like this. Next time I would book without breakfast.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the services were good — overall everything was fine.

I would increase the variety at the buffet, especially at lunch. Breakfast and dinner are very good, but lunch is weak and the hotel needs maintenance — painting and fixing cracks in the walls.

The location is perfect, right on the beach, with several pools. There were people but it never felt crowded. The waitresses in the dining room were the best thing about the hotel, very friendly with our baby — especially Virginia and another short-haired blonde whose name I don’t know but who was super kind. Ten out of ten for them.
La ubicación es perfecta, justo frente a la playa, varias piscinas, había gente pero para nada hay agobio, las camareras del comedor lo mejor de todo el hotel, super simpáticas con nuestro bebé en especial Virginia y otra coen el pelo corto rubia que no se su nombre pero super amable, un diez para ellas.
The food was perhaps a bit cold, but it wasn’t bad; the desserts do need improving.

Everything was great. It's the second year we've gone in All-Inclusive and we've noticed that this year the quality of the food has dropped a bit.

The hotel is truly amazing and the location is unbeatable, and the staff—many of them—are almost all very friendly!

We enjoyed six days and everything was perfect. The entertainment especially stood out (Sara and the team were spectacular). The food, although not very varied, was well cooked and very tasty.

The food was awful. Everything was fried and very greasy, and from the griddle everything was always burnt, very charred. Repetitive.
Desserts were super repetitive for a 4-star — it leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve been to 3-star places that were much better, a thousand times better in kitchen service.
Furniture in the rooms was very old and broken. Honestly, we won’t be coming back.
La comida, nefasta. Todo frito y muy aceitosa la comida,y d la plancha lo siento pero todo estaba siempre quemado,muy churrascado. Repetitiva.
Postres súper repetitivo para ser un 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear,yo e ido a un 3 estrellas muchísimo mejor que esté mil veces en servicio d cocina.
Mobiliario muy antiguo en las habitaciones y rotas. La verdad que no volveremos.
