Mooi hotel, goede ligging, enerzijds aan de straatzijde, anderzijds aan de boulevard/strand. Ruime parkeergarage tegen redelijke prijs. Op vertrekdag mag je nog de gehele dag gebruik maken van de faciliteiten, in overleg met de receptie.
Minder toegangkelijk voor minder valide mensen.
Verschillende liften naar diverse verdiepingen en gebouwen maakt het nogal verwarrend. Helaas lag onze kamer precies tegen de lift en aan de buitenzijde van het hotel bij een zeer luidruchtig plein wat voor minder rustige nachten zorgde.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, and pretty good food, although there was little variety some days. The theme nights were a great idea. The entertainers were great, Yasmina and Inés super friendly, although we thought more activities were needed.

There were a couple of people with an average attitude, the elevators were quite slow, I don't know if it was due to poor programming or because of their low capacity for the volume of people in the hotel. On the other hand, an elevator broke down in the most strategic location on the weekend and left several people broken. This can't happen in a hotel of this range and the maintenance company should be up to the task. The lack of a part cannot be an excuse (I assume that would be it). The staff generally seems to have little experience, nothing that can't be fixed with a little time since the general attitude is magnificent.

They gave us room 2205, a room that stinks of sewage?? every day I complained but the staff didn't react, it's a room not to be given even to animals? I was going to call the police for this scam... Ils nous ont donné la chambre 2205, c'est une une chambre qui pue l'odeur des égouts 😡🤢🤢 chaque jour j'ai fait une réclamation mais le personnel ne réagi pas, c'est une chambre à ne pas donner même aux animaux 😡 j'allais appeler la police pour cette arnaque... On a essayé de passer la plupart de temps à l'extérieur pour éviter de rentrer à la chambre même quand mes enfants sont fatigués, il se sont même brûler la peau avec le soleil à force de rester à l'extérieur 😡 cette hotel à bien gâché nos vacances... je compte toujours le poursuivre en justice...
