The pool is large, it has a good location and the hotel staff are attentive and very friendly.

Perhaps the food is basic and the hotel, for a 4 star hotel, is very old, like the ones at Cuentame. There are some there that have been renovated and modernised. I think this one should also get a facelift. Also, the prices seem a bit expensive, especially in the low season and knowing that they will soon close before the end of the year. They usually close for a few months and then don't reopen until February because there is practically no atmosphere except in the summer.
Quizás la comida,es basica y el hotel para ser de 4 ⭐️ es muy viejo,como los del cuentame,hay algunos de alli que los han reformado y modernizado,pienso que este tambien deberían de darle un lavado de cara,ademas los precios me parecen un poco caros,sobre todo en temporada baja y sabiendo que le queda poco para que le cierren antes de que finalice el año,le suelen cerrar unos meses y hasta febrero no le vuelven a abrir por que no hay prácticamente ambiente excepto en verano.

1- The hotel's location is undoubtedly its most positive feature. The Mar Menor beach is next to the hotel and the outdoor swimming pool. The Mediterranean Sea is 300 meters from the hotel and you have to cross the main avenue.
2 - The most positive point (of the 4* hotel) is that it has a large outdoor swimming pool.
3 - The food could have been more varied. However, it was pleasant and had 3 buffets with the whole restaurant area open.
4 - The beds are comfortable and the room cleaning service is excellent.
5 - In front of the hotel there is a large public car park lot which you don't have to pay for, but you do have to find a space as it is very busy.
6 - We didn't have to pay a tourist tax.
7 - In the Mar Menor, next to the hotel, there are surfboards, canoes, boats and sails for rent.
1- A localização do Hotel é sem dúvida o ponto mais positivo. A praia do Mar Menor está junto ao Hotel e à piscina exterior. O Mar mediterrâneo está a 300 Metros do Hotel e tem que se atravessar a Avenida Principal.
2 - O ponto mais positivo (do Hotel de 4*) é ter uma piscina exterior de grandes dimensões.
3 - A comida poderia ter sido mais variada. No entanto, foi agradável e tinha 3 "buffets" com toda a área dos restaurantes abertos.
4 - As camas são confortáveis e o serviço de limpeza dos quartos excelente.
5 - Em frente ao Hotel existe um grande parque de estacionamento publico que não se paga, no entanto é preciso encontrar lugar, pois é muito concorrido.
6 - Não foi necessário pagar taxa turística.
7 - No Mar Menor, junto ao Hotel, existem pranchas, canoas, barcos e velas para alugar.
1 - With so many Portuguese in the hotel, it's a pity that the staff don't understand or speak Portuguese. Only Spanish, English and French.
2 - The hotel is on a Full Board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All drinks, even water, have to be paid for.
(I was told by a member of staff that they don't have an "all-inclusive" regime, because their target audience is families with children. (However, the large outdoor pool is 160cm deep in its entire area))
3 - At the entrance to the restaurant and to order drinks, it is compulsory to show the staff a paper card with the room number and the type of regime..., when handing over the drinks the staff will give you a duplicate receipt. After dinner, you can pay for the drinks at the restaurant's till or accumulate and pay at check-out.
4- The hotel is old, the elevators and the main areas of the rooms don't have air conditioning.
5 - The fridge in the room doesn't have an independent power socket, so in order for it to work and have 24-hour power you have to leave the card/key in the socket. The same goes for the A/C.
The lamps in the Room Only have a switch at the entrance and next to the beds to turn all the lamps on/off. (There is a bedside lamp.)
6 - You have to pay for sun loungers by the pool or on the beach;
7 - You have to pay for the hotel's car park lots (outdoors);
8 - There are daily activities for children, but the evening entertainment is basic.
9 - There are no street activities in the surrounding area.
Conclusion: This hotel is too expensive for the conditions it offers.
(It's very popular because of its excellent location, but the overall quality is basic).
1 - Com tantos Portugueses no Hotel é de lamentar que o "staff" não compreenda, nem falem Português. Apenas Espanhol, Inglês, Francês.
2 - Só tem regime de Pensão Completa (pequeno almoço, almoço e jantar). Todas as bebidas, mesmo água tem de se pagar.
(Disse-me um funcionário que não têm regime de "tudo incluído", porque o público que pretendem são famílias com crianças. (Contudo a Piscina Grande exterior tem 160cm de profundidade em toda a sua área))
3 - Na entrada do Restaurante e para solicitar bebidas, é obrigatório mostrar um cartão de papel aos funcionários com o número do quarto e o tipo de regime..., ao entregarem as bebidas os funcionários entregam um duplicado de recibo. Depois do jantar podem pagar-se as bebidas na caixa de entrada do Restaurante ou acumular e pagar no "check out".
4- O hotel é velho, os elevadores e as zonas comuns dos quartos não têm ar condicionado.
5 - O frigorífico do quarto não tem tomada elétrica independente, para que funcione e tenha energia 24h é necessário deixar o cartão/chave na tomada. O mesmo acontece com o A/C.
As lâmpadas do quarto só têm o interruptor de entrada e junto às camas para ligar/desligar todas as lâmpadas. (Existe candeeiro de cabeceira.)
6 - As espreguiçadeiras da piscina ou da praia, têm de se pagar;
7 - Os estacionamentos do hotel (ao ar livre), têm de se pagar;
8 - Têm atividades diárias para as crianças, no entanto a animação noturna é básica.
9 - Nos arredores não existem atividades nas ruas.
Conclusão: Este Hotel é caro demais para as condições que oferecem.
(É muito procurado por causa da excelente localização, no entanto a qualidade geral é básica).

It is very good to go with small children because the beach is not covered and the children enjoy it a lot. The rooms are spacious and have a large terrace. There is free car park area.
Para ir con niños pequeños está muy bien porque la playa no cubre y los niños disfrutan mucho. Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen una terraza grande. Hay zona de aparcamiento gratuito.
The hotel is being rehabilitated. The furniture in the rooms is old, the terrace has nothing to hang wet clothes (towels or swimsuits...). The bathrooms that are being improved have very little light. The gel and shampoo sachets barely contain product, so you need quite a few for a normal shower. The buffet does not correspond to a four-star hotel. There is very little variety. Every day the main dish was rice (paella in all its versions). And just a couple more to choose from hot. Although what they served as a general rule is homemade food (so to speak) and it was quite decent, many times you don't even know what to get from the little variety there is. In the cold dresser part, apart from the typical make-your-own salads, they put ready-made salads with some impressive mixes. The cold cuts they serve for breakfast are of terrible quality. We have been on the May long weekend and there were families and older people. The nightly entertainment for a four-star hotel was very poor. An entertainer and all the older people came out to dance (the same songs every night) but there was nothing for children.. Many imserso holidays in the hotel and everything very managed for them. Which I think is phenomenal but they should also do something for others. Sometimes there was a pipe smell in the hotel and room that was horrible (thank goodness it wasn't all the time)
El hotel se está rehabilitando. Los muebles de las habitaciones son antiguos, la terraza no tiene nada para tender ropa mojada (toallas o bañadores...). Los baños que están en mejora tienen muy poca luz. Los sobres de gel y champú apenas traen producto con lo que necesitas bastantes para una ducha normal.
El buffet no corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Hay muy poca variedad. Todos los días el plato principal era arroz (paella en todas sus versiones). Y apenas un par más para elegir calientes. Aunque lo que ponían por regla general es comida casera (por denominarlo de alguna forma) y estaba bastante decente, muchas veces no sabes ni qué coger de la poca variedad que hay. En la parte de cómoda fría a parte de lo típico para hacer tus propias ensaladas ponían como ensaladas ya preparadas con unos revoltijos impresionantes.
El fiambre que ponen en los desayunos es de una calidad pésima.
Nosotros hemos estado en el puente de mayo y había familias y gente mayor.
La animación nocturna para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas era muy pobre. Salía un animador y toda gente mayor a bailar (todas las noches las mismas canciones ) pero para niños no había nada. Muchos viajes del imserso en el hotel y todo muy dirigido para ellos. Que me parece fenomenal pero tendrían que hacer algo también para los demás.
A veces había un olor en el hotel y habitación a tubería que era horrible (menos mal que no era todo el rato)
