Very bad food, the hotel needs to be fixed, the pool area can pass, but the rooms are one year old, knowing that the mattresses have sinking windows from when my grandfather was young.

I only highlight the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is well located and next to the beach, common to all hotels in Manga.
Saliento só a limpeza no hotel. O hotel está bem localizado e junto à praia, comum a todos os hoteis na Manga.
Especially food and rooms. Regarding food, I've never been to such a bad hotel. The food is poor and of poor quality. Little variety and everything very poorly prepared. It seems almost impossible for a 4-star hotel to treat customers like this. I went on a Full Board basis. I paid for 4 nights, at the end of the second day I had to change hotels because I couldn't bear to eat so badly. Regarding the rooms, I was assigned a room that had no plugs for charging my cell phones, uncomfortable beds, including one of which had to be placed at the entrance to the room, making it difficult to pass through, noisy air conditioning, furniture from the Second World War era, refrigerator which instead of cooling, it heated up, poor soundproofing in the room, and the balcony on the third floor was fenced with wooden slats that were already in a high state of degradation, making it dangerous to approach the balcony. I know other hotels in Manga, but I've never seen a place like this one. I won't come back here again.
Sobretudo alimentação e quartos. Em relação à alimentação, nunca estive num hotel tão mau. Os alimentos são pobres e de má qualidade. Pouca variedade e tudo muito mau confecionado. Parece quase impossível um hotel de 4 estrelas tratarem assim os clientes. Fui num regime de pensão completa. Paguei 4 noites, ao fim do segundo dia tive que mudar de hotel porque já não aguentava comer tão mal. Em relação aos quartos atribuiram-me um quarto em que não tinha fichas para carregamento dos telemóveis, camas desconfortáveis, inclusive uma delas teve que ficar na entrada do quarto, dificultando a passagem, ar condicionado ruidoso, mobílias do tempo da segunda guerra mundial, frigorifico que em vez de arrefecer aquecia, má insonorização do quarto, e a varanda que ficava num terceiro andar tinha como vedação ripas de madeira já em elevado estado de degradação tornando perigoso a aproximação da varanda. Conheço outros hoteis na Manga, mas nunca vi uma espelunca como esta. Aqui não volto mais.

Second consecutive year that we repeat, ideal to go with children, unbeatable price, quality, close to the Mediterranean beach, the water is transparent and the hotel has old furniture but everything is very neat, the entertainment and the buffet are ideal, there is not much variety, but everything is there terrific
Segundo año consecutivo que repetimos , ideal para ir con niños , precio calidad inmejorable, cerca la playa del mediterráneo trasparente el agua y el hotel el mobiliario viejo pero todo muy aseado , la animación y el buffet ideales no hay mucha variedad pero si que está todo buenísimo

Old rooms from floors 11 to 2, they are renovating some every year. Limited but sufficient buffet and they charge x rental of the pool loungers.
Habitaciones viejas de la planta 11 a la 2, están reformando algunas cada año. Buffet limitado pero suficiente y cobran x alquiler de las hamacas de la piscina.

The theme of management, reservation and price of "I am looking for a bargain" all exceptional. Regarding the hotel: We really liked the treatment of the staff. And that we have had fun, which is what we were going for. We have ignored the negative points that we have found.
El tema de gestión, reserva y precio de "Busco un chollo" todo excepcional. Respecto al hotel: Nos ha gustado mucho el trato del personal. Y que nos hemos divertido que es a lo que íbamos. Hemos obviado los puntos negativos uqe nos hemos encontrado.
That having 4 stars did not correspond to the services and qualities they offer. I have been in 3 stars with better quality and variety of buffets. There was no party, no Valentine's themed party.
Que no se correspondía el tener 4 estrellas con los servicios y calidades que ofrecen. He estado en 3 estrellas con mejor calidad y variedad de bufet. No hubo fiesta, ni fiesta temática de San Valentín.

The hotel is quite old and needs updating. It currently does not deserve 4 stars. Breakfast and lunch were good but dinner left a lot to be desired. The hotel was very busy and it was difficult to find a table at lunch and dinner times.
El hotel es bastante viejo y necesita una reforma. Actualmente no merece 4 estrellas. El desayuno y la comida estaban bien pero la cena dejaba bastante que desear. El hotel estaba muy lleno y era difícil encontrar mesa a la hora de la comida y la cena.
