After a bad fall on the second day, I told them that I wasn't going to use the next day's ski pass and they didn't give me a solution. They sent me to the station, which told me that without a medical report, nothing would happen, and with the medical report, they would only give me a voucher to spend on another day of the season. As you can understand, I've come from 700 kilometres and I'm not going to spend another day... Esquiades used to solve these things differently, especially when you've paid for insurance.

They say they'll charge us €40 to change the lock, and the door wouldn't even lock. It was clean, but very poorly maintained. Everything was kept to a minimum.

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and the apartment's facilities are just fine. It has Wi-Fi, it's clean, has good heating, kitchenware, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. In addition, they offered us the possibility of car park at a very good price. 100% recommended if your priority is skiing and proximity to the slopes (literally 5 metres away).
La ubicación es excelente, el personal es agradable y las instalaciones del apartamento cumplen, sin más. Dispone de Wifi, está limpio, buena calefacción, menaje, y supermercados y restaurantes al lado. Además, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de aparcamiento a muy buen precio. Recomendable 100% si tu prioridad es el esquí y la cercanía a las pistas (a 5 metros, literal).
We missed one more room because there were 5 of us and there was only one, the living room with a sofa bed and a single bed in a hall. It is not very comfortable, to be honest. The first night we had to sleep without sheets and we did not have towels because there was a mistake and they forgot to leave them, although the next day they left them in the apartment.

We called the apartment number posted online and at esquiades several times at different times during the week before our stay. They didn't answer the phone and we had to contact esquiades directly to get in touch with them on the same outbound journey, half an hour before arriving at the apartment. The apartment description said it had two bedrooms. It only had one. There was a bed next to the hallway. The beds, as usual for these prices, were very bad. Hard foam mattresses and pillows as thin as envelopes. They gave us a sixth room and for half of our stay the elevator was not working. The hallway and stairs smelled horrible almost every day. We understand that for the price of the apartment it is not going to have the maximum luxury, but we consider these deficiencies unacceptable.
Estuvimos llamando al número del apartamento publicado en internet y en esquiades varias veces a distintas horas durante la semana pasada a nuestra estancia. No nos cogían el teléfono y tuvimos que contactar directamente con esquiades para que nos pusieran en contacto con ellos en el mismo viaje de ida, a media hora de llegar al apartamento. En la descripción del apartamento decía tener dos habitaciones. Únicamente tenía una. Había una cama al lado del pasillo. Las camas, como suele habitual por estos precios, eran muy malas. Colchones de goma espuma duros y almohadas finas como sobres. Nos dieron un sexto y la mitad de nuestra estancia el ascensor estuvo sin funcionar. El portal y las escaleras olían horrible casi todos los días.
Entendemos que por el precio que tiene el apartamento no va a tener el máximo lujo, pero consideramos inaceptables estas deficiencias
