The Nevada 2 Altissim Apartments are located directly on the slopes in the Nevada 2 building located in Pas de la Casa.
All apartments have wifi, heating, flat screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen.
Important arrivalsTo be able to check-in at the accommodation, it will be necessary to make the pre check-in online. The accommodation requires passport or ID photos of all adults staying at the accommodation. In the confirmation voucher we will provide you with all the contact information to check-in online.
For arrivals after 7 pm:Once the accommodation receives the documents, they will send you the same day of arrival all the necessary instructions to access the apartment. There you will find the code of the safety box that contains the key of the apartment as well as the access code to the wifi (the accommodation will not provide any information about the entrance to the apartment if they have not previously received the necessary documents).
For arrivals before 18.59 h:Once the accommodation receives the documents, you can proceed to the collection of keys in person at the address indicated: Avenida d'Encamp, nº 29,Grizzly Building, AD200 Pas de la Casa . The withdrawal of keys can also be done in a non-presential way by contacting previously with the accommodation, which will leave you the key of the apartment as well as the wi-fi access code in a mailbox with a code. However, the online pre check-in must also be done (the accommodation will not provide the entrance to the apartment if it has not previously received the necessary documents).
The online pre check-in: It must be done at least 24 hours before arrival at the accommodation. In case of contacting the accommodation the same day of arrival after 18:30, no access will be accepted without the online check-in.
Deposit: During the online check-in you will be asked for a deposit of 300€. The deposit will be made by credit card through virtual TPV per apartment or studio. This amount will be refunded if the conditions of the accommodation are correct when you leave the accommodation. The refund of the deposit will be made within 48 hours after the departure date.
Tourist tax:During the check-in onlineyou will be asked to pay the tourist tax per person by credit card throughcard by means of virtual TPV.
The general cleaning is already included in the price, however, the apartment must be left as it was found on the day of departure (cleaning done, dishes cleaned and put away, blankets put away and garbage thrown away). In case of not leaving the apartment clean, there is an option to pay a cleaning fee of 40 € for the studios and 50€ for the apartments.
