The location is excellent, literally directly on the slopes. You can easily go down to the apartment for lunch without losing a minute of your ski pass. The heating was perfect; we weren't cold at all. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. In our case, it was very quiet. Not a sound. If you're going skiing and want peace and quiet, it's ideal.
La ubicación excelente, literalmente a pie de las pistas. Puedes bajar a comer perfectamente al apartamento sin perder un minuto de forfait.
La calefacción ideal, no hemos pasado nada de frío.
Restaurantes y supermercados al lado.
En nuestro caso, muy tranquilo. Ni pizca de ruido.
Si vas a ir a esquiar y estar tranquilo es ideal.
The pillows. I don't understand why they don't change them with all the complaints. Cleaning products. They tell you that you have to leave everything clean and they don't provide you with anything to clean with. Just a "1-day" bag which, if you're going for 5 days, as in my case, is far too little. We arrived and didn't know where to get the keys; if it hadn't been for a bar that called, we would have gone crazy.

The location was great and the price wasn't too bad. We asked for sheets and blankets so two friends could sleep separately and they provided them without any problems.

The house gets quite cold through the windows and the front door. The room layout makes no sense; it's missing a wall, and the wall it does have is a door. They provided sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed and another for the bed, but didn't offer the option of sleeping together if you're not a couple (we had to ask for sheets and blankets, which they gave us without any problem).
La casa entra bastante frio por las ventanas y la puerta principal. La organización de la habitación no tiene sentido que le falte una pared y la pared que si tiene tenga una puerta.

The apartment for three people is far too small. There's no bedroom, so there's only one room, apart from the bathroom. There's no dining table (you eat at the kitchen counter that separates the sofa beds), and the shower screen isn't properly sealed, so water always leaks out. All of the above was bearable, but the quality of the pillows was terrible. They had no filling whatsoever.
El apartamento para 3 personas es excesivamente pequeño. No hay habitación, por lo que solo hay una estancia , a parte del baño. No hay mesa para comer (se come en la barra de la cocina que separa los sofás cama) , la ducha tiene una mampara que no está bien aislada, por lo que siempre sale agua. They should control the noise a little more after certain hours... The bed leaves a lot to be desired. I didn't like the Esquiades service from the moment I arrived. After a bad fall on the second day, I told them that I wasn't going to use the next day's ski pass and they didn't give me a solution. They sent me to the station, which told me that without a medical report, nothing would happen, and with the medical report, they would only give me a voucher to spend on another day of the season. As you can understand, I've come from 700 kilometres and I'm not going to spend another day... Esquiades used to solve these things differently, especially when you've paid for insurance.

They say they'll charge us €40 to change the lock, and the door wouldn't even lock. It was clean, but very poorly maintained. Everything was kept to a minimum.

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and the apartment's facilities are just fine. It has Wi-Fi, it's clean, has good heating, kitchenware, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. In addition, they offered us the possibility of car park at a very good price. 100% recommended if your priority is skiing and proximity to the slopes (literally 5 metres away).
La ubicación es excelente, el personal es agradable y las instalaciones del apartamento cumplen, sin más. Dispone de Wifi, está limpio, buena calefacción, menaje, y supermercados y restaurantes al lado. Además, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de aparcamiento a muy buen precio. Recomendable 100% si tu prioridad es el esquí y la cercanía a las pistas (a 5 metros, literal).
We missed one more room because there were 5 of us and there was only one, the living room with a sofa bed and a single bed in a hall. It is not very comfortable, to be honest. The first night we had to sleep without sheets and we did not have towels because there was a mistake and they forgot to leave them, although the next day they left them in the apartment.
