Booked more than 1 month in advance, I requested a double bed, not 2 single beds. They gave me 2 single beds on the 6th floor, which the elevator doesn't reach (it only goes up to the 5th floor). You have to access the room by going up stairs and out into the cold street. The room has skylights that are completely open, letting in the sunlight when it comes out.

Excellent service and customer care, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room was very clean.

They didn't clean our room because we left at 12:30 and the cleaning staff weren't there anymore; the poor managers had to do it...

The hotel is quiet and well located, close to Caldea and the main street of Les Escaldes. The rooms are decent and peaceful.

It is very well located, the city center is 2min away, Caldea is a 3min walk, spectacular location.
The hotel's car park (check rates at reception) is very profitable and they allowed me to keep it until the next day at 5pm.
The rooms are very good.
I asked for a large double bed and they granted it to me.
Está muy bien ubicado, el centro a 2min, caldea a 3min andando, ubicación espectacular.
El parking de pago del hotel, sale muy rentable y me dejaron tenerlo hasta el día siguiente a las 17h.
Las habitaciones son muy buenas.
