The old house of Madame de Pompadour, is now the Washington Opera Hotel, which retains its old Louis XV style façade. The back of the hotel overlooked the theater and gardens of the Royal Palace. Completely refurbished to provide optimum comfort, the hotel prepares you a warm welcome to make you appreciate its refined decoration and charming atmosphere. The Washington Opera also has a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a bar and a terrace overlooking the gardens of the Royal Palace. This is a historic building with 6 floors, with a beautiful facade evocative of Louis XV style. The hotel was owned by Madame de Pompadour. The hotel is very well located, in a lively district close to various tourist attractions such as Louvre, the Opera and the Jardin des Tuileries. From the metro resort are just a few minutes walk to the hotel. The shops and restaurants are close by.
