Disappointing
Fast, free WiFi & close to ski lifts.
Very poor quality furniture, much smaller room than expected, beds too close, badly designed kitchen and general layout. No privacy on the balcony and very noisy through the night.
Lack of supplies (e.g toilet roll, bin bags & no oven) and an incredibly strict list of instructions of how to leave the room upon check-out.

Excellent location, dishwasher. A nice touch that they provide kitchen paper, coffee filters, a trash bag kit, and dishwasher tablets.

It needs a little renovation (especially the single-lever taps in the sink and kitchen), the water comes out very hot.

The location is unbeatable, and the staff is excellent.
LA LOCALIZACIÓN INMEJORABLE, EL PERSONAL MUY BIEN.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and noisy; we had to throw the bunk bed mattresses on the floor just to be able to sleep. The car park lot was the most difficult I've ever been in. It had corners everywhere, a super complicated entrance, and every turn was a nightmare.

We asked for an apartment for 4 adults, and told them we wanted separate beds, or else we would rent another room. When we arrived, there were 2 single beds and 1 double bed and they didn't solve the problem.

This year we stayed in Block 5 with views of the slopes. It is a completely renovated apartment, quiet, with very strong Wi-Fi and direct access to the slopes, which is what we value most. It is the best of all the blocks because you literally go straight to the slopes. The treatment of the staff was fantastic. Very happy, we will repeat.
Este año estuvimos en el Bloque 5 con vistas a pistas, se trata de un apartamento completamente reformado, sin ruidos, wifi muy potente y el acceso directo a pistas que es lo que más valoramos, es el mejor de todos los bloques porque sales literalmente directo a la pista. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. When we arrived we found the sheets that they gave us as clean very dirty and both the mattresses and the sheets and pillows in the closet dirty. They changed the sheets for new ones, but not before giving us dirty looks. When you leave the apartment, the rules indicate that you must clean it, which makes us think that they probably clean it as little as possible. Although you pay a very affordable price despite the location, there should be some minimum cleaning requirements to comply with. The people at reception were very unpleasant when checking in, although there are young people who are annoying, not all are the same. It is not a quiet place since the people who stay go out to party and you can hear noise all night. They could do with some modernization, the entire apartment itself is very old and in poor condition. Without a doubt, although I had stayed in these apartments in other years, this year has been the worst of all and therefore the last.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear, a nuestra llega encontramos las sabanas que nos dieron como limpias muy sucias y tanto los conchones como las sabanas y almohadas del armario sucias. Nos cambiaron las sabanas por unas de nuevas no sin antes ponernos malas caras. Cuando dejas el apartamento en las normas indican que debes limpiarlo lo que nos hace pensar que seguramente ellos luego limpian lo minimo. Aunque se paga un precio muy asequible a pesar de la ubicacion, deberia haber unos minimos de limpieza a cumplir.
La gente de recepcion fue muy desagradable al hacer el check in, aunque hay gente joven que molesta no todos son iguales.
No es un lugar tranquilo puesto que la gente que se hospeda sale de fiesta y toda la noche se escuchan ruidos.
No les vendria mal una modernizacion, todo el apartamento en si es muy viejo y se encuentra en mal estado.
Sin duda, aunque ya me habia hospedado otros años en estos apartamentos, este año ha sido el peor de todos y por tanto el ultimo.
