Location and the receptionist who received us the first day we arrived at the hotel, my partner was cold and as the hotel heating was not yet in operation, the receptionist gave us blankets and a heater, he was also very kind indicating us places to dine nearby

We took this hotel for breakfast, among other characteristics, since they spoke very well in the comments, when asking what time it started, the receptionist informed us that today was the last day that this hotel was going to serve breakfast. Upon check-out, another receptionist tells me that the stay was not paid for, I showed him the bank charge and the confirmed reservation number of the Amimir agency. Cogimos este hotel por el desayuno, ente otras características, ya que hablaban muy bien en los comentarios, al preguntar a qué hora empezaba, nos informa el recepcionista que hoy era el último día que este hotel iba a servir desayunos.
A la salida del check out otro recepcionista me comenta que la estancia no estaba pagada, le enseñé el cobro del banco y el número de reserva confirmada de la agencia Amimir. Y el recepcionista me seguía insistiendo, que como lo podíamos hacer xq a él le aparece que no. Con intención de que se lo pagara de nuevo o le dejara una tarjeta.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, right in the center, very close to the main tourist attractions of the city.
Lo mejor del Hotel es la situación , en pleno centro, muy cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad.
The bedrooms are poorly insulated and you can hear everything, especially the adjoining bedrooms.
Las habitaciones estan poco aisladas y se oye todo, sobre todo las habitaciones contiguas.

The reception staff was very attentive, they gave us indications to make the most of our days in Asturias. The cleanliness of the room a 10. The hotel is very central. The tasting in Tierraastur more than great. An experience that I will repeat without a doubt.

It is in a very central location and with a car park lot right in front.very friendly staff and normal size room.
Está en un lugar muy céntrico y con un parking justo enfrente.El personal muy amable y la habitación de tamaño normal.
For the Covid there was no breakfast service. The cleanliness was a bit lax, especially the bathroom and towels. I threw one to wash on the floor and found it folded to use. I know because it had a red stain and there was the same stain on that towel folded as clean.
Por el Covid no había servicio de desayuno. La limpieza un poco floja sobre todo baño y las toallas. Tire una para lavar al suelo y me la encontré doblada para usar. Lo sé por que tenía una mancha roja y ahí estaba la misma mancha en esa toalla doblada como limpia.

The tasting dinner was very bad. it was better not to put it there. it forces you to go there and the truth is that what they gave us was of very poor quality and with a very bad attention. they only gave us a place because we said we were going to order more things and pay for them.
Lo de oa cena degustación muy mal. era mejor q no lo pusieran. te obliga a ir alli y la verdad es que lo que nos pusieron era de muy mala calidad y con una atención malisima. sólo nos dieron sitio porque dijimos que ibamos a pedir más cosas y pagarlas

The hotel is very well located, right in the center of Oviedo. Although it does not have private car park, there is a car park right in front and they have very good offers (24h car park at 5.95€ by downloading the specific app of the car park) and there are also car park offers for staying at the hotel. The receptionists explained and advised us where to go and what to do very kindly. In addition, the tasting included in the offer is great.
El hotel está muy bien situado, en pleno centro de Oviedo. Aunque no tiene aparcamiento privado, hay un parking justo enfrente y tienen ofertas muy buenas (24h de parking a 5.95€ descargando la app específica de dicho parking) y también hay ofertas de aparcamiento por alojarte en el hotel. Los recepcionistas nos explicaron y aconsejaron dónde ir y qué hacer muy amablemente. Además, la degustación que incluye la oferta está genial.
For the price of each night, I think breakfast should be included.
