The room was well equipped.
La habitación estaba bien equipada.
The furniture is very old, the Wi-Fi is quite poor and you have to pay extra for good Wi-Fi, the heating is outdated—when we arrived it was off and the room was cold. The front desk staff were very insistent on us using their personal phones and sending WhatsApp messages to online check-in, even though we arrived during reception hours. The room didn't have a single window and no sunlight; it faced the building opposite. Getting to the room with luggage is a nightmare because the stairs are snowy or frozen, making it very dangerous and slippery, especially with suitcases. There's no ski lockers , or we weren't informed about it. The front desk staff didn't want to give us much information at check-in; when we asked about car park, they only offered the hotel's car park, even though there's another one next door that's twice as cheap. We understand they don't want to promote the hotel, but if you ask for information, they shouldn't withhold it.
El mobiliario es muy antiguo, el wifi funciona bastante mal y si quieres buen wifi hay que pagar extra, la calefacción es antigua, cuando llegamos estaba la calefacción apagada y la habitación fría, el personal de frontdesk fui muy insistente a través del telefono personal enviando mensajes a través de whatsapp para que realizaramos el check in online a pesar de que llegabamos en el horario de la recepción abierta. La habitación no tenía ni una sola ventana y no entraba luz solar, daba al edificio de enfrente. Para llegar hasta la habitación cargado es una quimera ya que las escaleras tienen nieve o estan congeladas y se hace muy peligroso y resbaladizo, más aún si vas cargado con maletas. No tiene guardaesquís o no se nos informo de ello, el personal del frontdesk no nos quiso dar mucha información al check-in ya que preguntamos acerca del parking y solo nos ofreció el parking del hotel cuando hay otro al lado el doble de barato, entendemos que no lo quiero promocionar pero si se le pregunta información no omitirla...

The room was very spacious and well-equipped with almost everything you needed, as we were two. The room is for 4, so I think it might be a bit cramped for 4, but for two it's perfect. The location is good, although it's better to take a car to get down to the slopes because the return holiday is a 10-minute uphill walk, which is tough after skiing. The Wi-Fi is good but a bit limited. The cleaning is fine, but we got a huge black hair on the sofa bed the size of Andorra.

La ubicación es buena, aunque es mejor coger coche para bajar a pistas porque la vuelta son 10 minutos andando en subida que después de esquiar se hace duro. El wifi está bien pero va un poco justo. La limpieza está bien pero nos salió un pelazo negro en el sofá cama como Andorra de grande.

El dueño la verdad que para lo que debe facturar es un poco ratón. Primero, la cafetera es de filtro, y como tal necesita filtro, no nos dejó. Voy a recepción y estaba él, se lo digo y me dice que debe haber uno, le digo que no y me dice que me da uno, que se puede usar dos veces cada filtro (mentira) y que si eso que ya me dará. Solución, fui yo a comprar (100 filtros - 1,30 €). Hay que ser ratón. El parking, 15 euros el día, vaya salvajada, ni descuentos ni nada por ser cliente, solución, al parking que está 100 metros que nos salió a 8-9 euros el día. Y por último, el guardaskis, le preguntamos, nos dice que tiene, y le cuesta darnos uno que casi nos pide dinero también. Un rollo y medio de papel higiénico para los 5 días, lo que digo, ratón ratón. El resto bien, wifi suficiente y limpieza a pesar del pelo, estaba todo limpio. Dicho esto, se podría repetir la estancia en un futuro, aunque buscaré otras opciones primero.
