Small rooms, outdated for a 4-star hotel, and in terms of food, they could improve, especially with regard to children at snack and dinner time.

Wonderful deal. Excellent staff. We had a small mishap with an area recently painted by the maintenance staff that they did not point out and my girls got paint on their clothes and they cleaned it without any problem. I would go again with my eyes closed
Trato maravilloso. Personal excelente. Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con una zona recien pintada por el personal de mantenimiento que no señalaron y mis niñas se mancharon la ropa de pintura y me la limpiaron sin problema alguno. Volvería a ir con los ojos cerrados

The hotel staff, both receptionists, restaurants and animation, are all very pleasant and friendly.
