The swimming pools and the slides are amazing and really well organised. There’s minimal waiting time for the slides. The stuff is nice and helpful. There is animation and the kids club is amazing as it also offers several nights per week “night club for kids” with games or movies offering the parents a couple hours/ an evening for themselves:)
Terrible experience in the morning as the pools opens at 10 and since 9:30 people start crowding and queueing to get a sunbed. And @10:00 someone from the hotel sais “Go!” And everybody starts running even pushing. Most of the days if you’re not in line you don’t get a sunbed. People are allowed to leave their towels on the sun-beds for hours unattended while other people have nowhere to sit.

It's a great place to enjoy yourself, relax, and unwind. They have many activities with instructors throughout the day.

The air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted to your liking; the control panel didn't work properly. The balcony door was faulty; if you left it open, the heat and noise from the engine room across the street kept you awake (we stayed on the second floor).

La puerta del balcón estaba defectuosa, si la dejabas abierta el calor y el ruido de la sala de máquinas de enfrente no te dejaban dormir ( nos alojamos en la segunda planta)

Meals are very repetitive, and access to sun loungers is impossible. People take the sun loungers and don't use them. This should be more controlled. They start clearing away meals before the scheduled time. This holiday has been a bit mediocre, and we're disappointed.

Extremely old rooms, with a foul odor and poor cleaning, depending on who's cleaning schedule that day. They hang dirty towels back up, not even folded. You pay for a 4-star hotel and get a clean room and a roadside motel room. It's a standard double; I hope the superior rooms are better, or at least don't have that rotten plumbing smell.

The hotel is old and needs some renovations for its price, and the reception staff is somewhat inexperienced. It doesn't have a reserved area at the door for unloading. It lacks entertainment at night, but during the day it's great and they're charming.

The Water Slides and pools are a lot of fun. The food is quite good and has a lot of variety. My son loved the mini club; we had a hard time getting him to leave. The mattresses are comfortable.

The rooms are too old, the bathroom has very old toilets and leaks. The pool's jacuzzi only worked half of its jets. The climbing wall is impossible to use because the entire bottom section is missing. And the entertainment is pretty limited, especially at night. And worst of all, there's no car park; we had to park more than a 20-minute walk away.

The Water Slides and pools are great! The staff are top-notch, the drink brands and some of the food are fantastic. Great location, just two minutes from the beach.

The room didn't have a noticeable amount of air conditioning, although with the fan and the little air we got, we weren't too hot. The extra sofa bed was uncomfortable for the children. The price is getting higher and higher.

Overall, everything was fine. There were plenty of staff in the restaurant area and no long lines. The entertainment was great. The Water Slides were great, and the queues were fast. The pools and outdoor space were good. The food was varied and of average quality.

We enjoyed a few days at the hotel with all-inclusive service. The best thing about it was the pool and water Water Slides. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. 1-Tercer año que visitamos el hotel y son constantes los resbalones y accidentes por el suelo de la piscina, hay que ir con sumo cuidado y aún resbala.
2- Sería aconsejable la obligaciòn de recogerse el pelo en las piscinas. Es asquerosa nadar y encontrar cantidades de pelo en el agua.-
3- Excasa animación diurna, muy pocas actividades con la cantidad de animadores que hay. El nivel de espectáculos nocturnos es bastante pobre y aburrido, muchas noches nos fuimos a la habitación.
4-Largas colas para subir en ascensor a las habitaciones, hay un ascensor que llevo dos años estropeado

Room cleaning schedule was not met. Buffet restaurant waiters were pleasant enough. Few tables were cleaned, as some stained tablecloths in the buffet restaurant weren't changed. There was a line at the pool, and it felt like a battle, everyone running. They were giving me a hard time, since I don't go running for a sunbed; I go to relax, not stress out. It could have been better organized. Occasionally, the room smelled bad from the plumbing.
