Amazing animation team, especially for the kids, engaging a lot with the them, helping them make friends. One of the best animation teams i’ve seen! My 8yo only wanted to be in kids club.
Huge apartment, very beautiful and clean. Very comfortable bed/ pillows.
Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. We weren’t able to do a late check out as the hotel was full but they allowed us to keep the all inclusive bracelets until we left (free of charge).
Beautiful beach and location.
The waterpark only has 2 slides that can only be used with the 10€/day rings. We didn’t really like it, so we only went there 2. The park is about 20 mins walking - there is a mini bus that comes every 15 mins and takes you closer @7 mins walking (in the sun).
The hotel is quite isolated - @3 km to the closest pharmacy/ supermarket.
About 15 mins downhill from the closest beach.

Sunday: all restaurants closed, there was no option than to eat in the full board buffet restaurant for a fee of 30€. Croissants and orange juice very cheap quality for this hotel price. The dining room was loud and overcrowded Mass tourism style.

A hotel with everything oriented to foreign tourism, in fact, the night entertainment was only in English. The free buffet was very bad, the same food as for dinner and the food was very low quality, most of the time we ate outside the hotel. The all-inclusive drinks were horrible, the alcohol was just that, pure alcohol, disgusting . The themed pool area closed at 18:00h in the middle of summer and at no time did we see animation like the one they advertise. The rooms are very outdated ....... in short, a very expensive price for such poor quality. We do not return nor recommend.
Un hotel con todo orientado al turismo extranjero, d echo, la animación nocturna era solo en inglés. El buffet libre era como poco malísimo, lo mismo d comida q para cenar y la comida d muy poca calidad, la mayoría d las veces comimos fuera del hotel.Las bebidas del todo incluido eran horribles, el alcohol era eso, alcohol puro, asqueroso. La zona d piscina temática cerraba a las 18:00h en pleno verano y en ningún momento vimos animación como d la q hacen publicidad. Las habitaciones muy anticuadas.......en definitiva precio muy caro para tan poca calidad. No volvemos ni recomendamos.
