          We really liked the hotel: friendly staff, good food, and good housekeeping. Minor drawbacks: a cramped shower and no eggs for breakfast. We didn't use the hotel's Wi-Fi, so I can't comment on that, but apparently, internet access is only available at reception. Overall, we were very satisfied; the value for money is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
          Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, gute Zimmerreinigung. Kleine Nachteile: eine enge Duschkabine und keine Eier zum Frühstück. Wir haben das Hotel WiFi nicht genutzt, daher kann ich nichts dafür zu sagen, aber das Internet gibt es offensichtlich nur an der Rezeption. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

          The telephone in the apartment did not work, at some point at reception we found no one and even the front door closed. There was no microwave or oven in the kitchen so you could not heat any cooked or precooked dishes. No cloths, scouring pads or dish cleaners were provided for the cleaning of the kitchen utensils.

No había microondas ni horno en la cocina por lo que no se podía calentar ningún plato cocinado o precocinado.           The views from the apartment are unique, to Castelsardo, said to be the most beautiful village in Italy and with a lot of history. Being able to take a walk to the village, which also has a lot of life, was a great advantage. The only thing was that the views from the terrace of the apartment were so good that it made you want to stay there and not visit the magnificent and unique beaches that the island has (by the way the perfect location to the north to visit the best ones, those of Costa Smeralda, the best thing to book a boat tour of Magdalena Island, a very well preserved paradise). You have really looked for a good accommodation in terms of quality-price, so congratulations to the Buscaunchollo team! By the way, your attention before the trip, directions to the boarding docks and to the accommodation, very good.
          Las vistas del apartamento son únicas, a Castelsardo, dicen el pueblo más bonito de Italia y con muchísima historia. Poder dar un paseo hasta el pueblo, que además tiene muchísima vida, fue una gran ventaja. Lo único que las vistas desde la terraza del apartamento eran tan buenas que te daban ganas de quedarte ahí y no visitar las magníficas y únicas playas que tiene la isla ( por cierto la ubicación perfecta al norte para visitar las mejores, las de costa Esmeralda-lo mejor reservar un tour en barco por isla magdalena, un paraíso muy bien conservado-). Realmente habéis buscado un buen alojamiento en cuanto a calidad-precio, ahí sólo felicitaros al equipo de Buscaunchollo! Por cierto vuestra atención antes del viaje, indicaciones para llegar a los muelles de embarque y al alojamiento, muy buenas.
          Although the ships were modern, spacious and I would say "luxurious", the organization of Grimaldi is an absolute chaos and the information at the time of getting the car in and out, departure times of the cabin etc. is null, plus they barely speak English ... The apartment was not too clean and the kitchen barely without power (to fry an empanado or make a fried egg, mission impossible). In addition the fridge without hanger (in case you want to make some spritz at home looking at the fabulous views). The resort gym is closed for maintenance. On the island, the Sardinians are quite nice but they take money for everything (taxes, parking, tickets in some beaches...), although I imagine that the same opinion will have the foreigners in Mallorca, for example (we were already aware).
          Aunque los barcos eran modernos, amplios y diría “lujosos”, la organización de Grimaldi es un absoluto caos y la información a la hora de meter y sacar el coche, horarios de salida del camarote etc es nula, además apenas hablan inglés… El apartamento no estaba demasiado limpio y la cocina apenas sin fuerza (para freír un empanado o hacer un huevo frito, misión imposible). Además la nevera sin colgelador (por si quieres hacer unos spritz en casa mirando las fabulosas vistas). El gimnasio del complejo cerrado por mantenimiento. En la isla, los sardos bastante simpáticos pero te sacan dinero por todo (tasas, aparcamientos, entradas en algunas playas…), aunque imagino que la misma opinión tendrán los extranjeros en Mallorca, por ejemplo (ya íbamos concienciados)

          The truth is that it was a complete disappointment. The hotel and the location.
          La verdad es que ha sido una completa decepción. El hotel la ubicacion.
          It seemed to me a big joke on the part of Buscounchollo not to indicate in the final price the total cost of the stay since the extras (club, limoieza, etc) were not optional, if not mandatory. 370€ more than the offer price is unacceptable and Buscounchollo knows it. You can not omit in the offer something that is mandatory. Not to mention that there was not always room in the garage and that the hotel was 4 days with garbage piled up at the entrance. A real disaster of accommodation.
          Me ha parecido una gran tomadura de pelo por parte de Buscounchollo no indicar en el precio final el coste total de la estancia ya que los extras(club,limoieza,etc) no eran opcionales, si no obligatorios. 370€ más que el precio de la oferta es algo inaceptable y Buscounchollo lo sabe. No se puede omitir en la oferta algo que es obligatorio. Por no decir que en el garaje no siempre había sitio y que el hotel estuvo 4 dias con la basura amontonada en la entrada. Un verdadero desastre de alojamiento.

          We had to pay 300 € more for water, electricity, sheets, towels and pool, jacuzzi (which we didn't use) and entertainment (which we didn't use either). In short, I sincerely believe that the hotel ripped us off.

          Very disappointing experience with Amimir.com. I paid around AED 300 and received a confirmed hotel booking, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
