The complex has a swimming pool to enjoy the summer and large green areas in which to sunbathe and read a good book, next to them are the tennis court, basketball court and a playground.

Deposit deposit according to the conditions of apartments 3000:
Deposit: you will be asked for 150 € as a deposit that will be returned to you on your departure if everything is correct. You will have to pay this amount by credit card (if you are under 24 years old they can ask you to pay 100€ per person).
On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In case of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
Check-in hours: from 17:00h to 20:00 hours. For arrivals outside these hours, always consult in advance.
Late check-in surcharges:
- Check-in Terms and Conditions between 113:00h and 01:00 a.m., surcharge of 20 euros.
- Check-in Terms and Conditions after 01:00 a.m., extra charge of 35 euros.
- Check-out time: until 10:00h.
