Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El Spa está muy bien aunque necesita mantenimiento (vigas oxidadas, baldosas sueltas,…)
El desayuno buffet es simplemente NEFASTO. De lo peor que he visto en años para un hotel de 4*, mala calidad de producto, muy poca cantidad, salón sucio, mesas sin recoger.
La experiencia en la cena no mejora comida congelada de mala calidad. Cobran 28€ por un menú que no debería costar ni 12€ en un bar de carretera.

The landscape and tranquility. The African decoration and space. It is very beautiful and everything is very clean. Dinners are not bad but not delicious homemade food, some dishes are good, others are just average, three starters and main courses to choose from. Snowboard service is appreciated.

Store in the resort with basic essentials because it is far from town and you have to take the car for everything. A vending machine wouldn't hurt either.

It is located in a very beautiful place, surrounded by mountains and you can only hear the birds and a small waterfall of the Aguas Vivas river that passes near the hotel. The Spa has two pools, one of them with an outdoor exit, the water is warm. There is a jacuzzi, a solarium, a leg jet circuit, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a cold water bucket, and two bithermal showers. We stayed for 3 nights and went on a day holiday to Zaragoza and another to Teruel (1h20mins to each place).
Se encuentra en un sitio muy bonito, rodeado de montañas y solo se escuchan los pájaros y una cascadita del río Aguas vivas que pasa cerca del hotel. El Balneario tiene dos piscinas, una de ellas con salida al exterior, el agua está caliente. Hay un jacuzzi, un solárium, circuito de chorros para las piernas, una sauna, un baño turco, un cubo de agua fría y dos duchas de agua bitérmica. Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y fuimos de viaje un día a Zaragoza y otro a Teruel (1h20mins a cada sitio).
The access to the hotel is a bit difficult, we arrived almost at night and it was a bit scary. The last 11 km is a two-way road but with only one lane for both directions and a bit poorly paved. We chose the half-board option. For breakfast, there is always the same: orange juice, coffee, 2 types of cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, cold cuts (cheese, turkey, ham, chorizo and salami), fruit (pears and bananas), and pastries (classic donuts, croissants, and chocolate pastries).
At dinner, there was a set menu with 3 first courses, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts to choose from. Perhaps the problem is ours, but my partner and I hardly eat vegetables, so dinner is a bit scarce in terms of quantity and most nights there were only vegetables. One night we couldn't choose anything for the first course because there was ratatouille, asparagus, or stuffed peppers.
El acceso al hotel es un poco difícil, nosotros llegamos casi de noche y nos dio un poco de miedo. Los último 11 km es una carretera de doble sentido pero con un solo carril para los dos y un poco mal asfaltado. Cogimos la opción de media pensión. Para el desayuno hay siempre lo mismo, zumo de naranja, café, 2 tipos de cereales, huevos revueltos, beicon y longaniza, embutido (queso, pavo, jamón, chorizo y salchichón), fruta (peras y plátanos), y bollería (donuts clásicos, cruasanes y napolitanas de chocolate).
En la cena, había menú cerrado con 3 primeros, 3 segundos y 3 postres a elegir. A lo mejor el problema es nuestro pero mi pareja y yo no comemos casi verduras, la cena es un poco escasa respecto a la cantidad y la mayoría de las noches solo había verduras. Hubo una noche que de primero no podíamos elegir nada porque había pisto, espárragos o pimientos rellenos.

It has been an experience to enjoy and unwind. The room is large and the bed very comfortable and big. The food is of great quality, homemade, and with national products. However, if what you are looking for is unwindion and relaxation, it is ideal.

We tried to connect an HDMI cable to the TV in the room and we couldn't because there was no space against the wall. There is no vegetarian/vegan menu option, which as a vegetarian I would have appreciated since one day I had bravas for dinner. The road to get there is narrow, uphill, with curves, and narrow. The area of the Turkish bath smelled bad, it didn't make you want to be there. Lastly, since the wifi is free due to no coverage, HBO and Prime don't work because of the VPN.
Intentamos conectar un cable hdmi en la tele de la habitación y no pudimos porque no había espacio con la pared. No hay una opción de menú vegetariano/ vegano, lo cual como vegetariana lo hubiese agradecido ya que un día cené bravas. La carretera para llegar es ajustada, en rampa, con curvas y estrecho. La zona del baño turco olía mal, no daba ganas de estar allí. Por último, al ser wifi libre porque no hay cobertura, HBO y prime no funcionan por la VPN.

I loved the location, a quiet place with incredible views. If you are looking to unwind from daily stress, it is the perfect place. The spa is very nice, with good temperature, and if you choose the sunset schedule, you will have an incredible visual spectacle. Staff in general very friendly and attentive. The spa, undoubtedly the big disappointment:: Half of the jets did not work. The water was lukewarm to cold in both pools. The only hot and appetizing water was in the jacuzzi, which immediately filled up when it was cold. The door of the Turkish bath did not close properly and all the steam came out. The paint on one of the pools was chipping and falling off in pieces. Of 3 entrances to the spa we were only able to enjoy 1, due to problems the hotel had with their energy supplier. They tried to compensate us by not charging us for drinks during our stay (24 euros, not enough for me, since for the price I paid, I did not get what I expected). I went there with the illusion of being able to enjoy the spa with my family and for all the above, I was very disappointed: the rooms were very far from the restaurant, the reception and the spa, with long and dreary corridors, not to mention the location of the hotel: in the middle of nowhere (which can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it, if you are looking to get away from the noise of the world) and with terrible access roads. There were stretches where two vehicles could not fit in front of each other, and you had to be extremely careful, and if it snows heavily, you are cut off from everything. I don't think I would go back.
El balneario, sin duda alguna la gran decepción:: La mitad de chorros no funcionaban. El agua tibia tirando a fria en ambas piscinas. La única agua caliente y apetecible la del jacuzzi, que enseguida se llenaba ch on el frío que hacía. La puerta del baño turco no cerraba bien y se salía todo el vaho. La pintura de una de las piscinas desconchada y se caía a trozos. De 3 entradas al balneario sólo pudimos disfrutar 1, debido a problemas que el hotel tuvo con su suministrador de energía. Nos lo intentaron compensar con no cobrarnos las consumiciones de las bebidas durante la estancia (24 euros, en para mí insuficiente, ya que por el precio que pagué, no recibí lo esperado). Fui allí con la ilusión de poder disfrutar del balneario con mi familia y por todo lo expuesto, me llevé una gran decepción.Las habitaciones muy alejadas del restaurante, la recepción y el balneario, con pasillos kilométricos y desangelados.Por no hablar de la ubicación del hotel: En medio de la nada (lo cual puede ser bueno o malo, según se mire, si buscas alejarte del mundanal ruido) y con unas pésimas carreteras de acceso. Había tramos en los que no cabían dos vehículos de frente, y tenías que extremar las precauciones.Sí nieva copiosamente, te quedas allí aislado de todo. No creo que volviera.

For a 4 star hotel, the food was not very good...and thank goodness we took half board because paying 22€ on Friday and 26€ on Saturday for dinner...seems abusive to me. The menu was not worth that price.
