Habitación antigua, con los botes de jabón y el secador de saldo y amarrado a la pared, el único espejo el del lavabo en toda la habitación, armario disfuncional 2 puertas una corredera y otra batiente
No hay servicio de comidas, sólo desayuno y cena bufet, repetitivo y de calidad sólo pasable, no para un 4 estrellas desde luego
Hay 2 restaurantes al lado del hotel, lo demás de la urbanización son casas, no hay gente por la calle, los paseos sólo ves las tapias de los casoplones
No es un 4 estrellas, salió caro incluso siendo u supuesto chollo, no era un chollo barato media pensión y vista al mar casi 150 €/día/hab, he estado en mejores y más baratos, si hubiera costado la mitad habría subido la puntuación, pero tampoco mucho

The place is very nice, but I think that when they built it, they didn't consider that people with reduced mobility, elderly people, children, etc. might visit.
It is a truly nice place to spend a good holiday if the goal is not to leave the room, the slopes are unbearable and all the good things about the hotel are overshadowed because in a week you end up with calf pain.
Also, the rooms are not carefully maintained, rather somewhat neglected in terms of maintenance.
There are several imperfections on the floor and walls, and there is a constant sewer smell throughout the room and all day long.
The breakfasts are not bad, but the dinners lack variety and are of mediocre quality.

Los desayunos no están mal pero las cenas tienes poca variedad y de calidad justita.
La.piscona es muy pequeña para todo el.personal que se hospeda en el hotel y habia tal cantidad de niños metidos en la.pisocna que era bastante desagradable sobre todo para los que vamos a pasar unos días de paz y tranquilidad

First of all, there was no welcome cava, I suppose they forgot about it.
The suite, although the cleaning service does what they can, has very old furniture, there are two air conditioning units (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) that make quite a lot of noise. The floor is very old and neglected. The terrace, although it has wonderful sea views, is very neglected with walls with holes and cracks or even missing pieces, a shame. Finally, the mattress is very soft. I believe that for this deal I was offered an unrenovated suite with facilities very different from those in some photos. It should be noted that the price of this suite is comparable to others in hotels that have fabulous facilities, I find it expensive for what it offers. The holiday ceases to be romantic because of the suite they offer you, a real shame.
En primer lugar no hubo cava de bienvenida, supongo que se les pasó.
La suite, aunque el servicio de limpieza hace lo que puede, tiene un mobiliario muy viejo, hay dos splits de aire acondicionado (uno en salón y otra en la habitación de matrimonio) que hacen bastante ruido. El suelo está muy viejo y descuidado. La terraza aunque tiene unas vistas al mar estupendas está muy descuidada con paredes con boquetes y grietas o incluso trozos que faltan, una pena. Por último el colchón es muy blando . Creo que para este chollo se me ofreció una suite sin reformar con unas instalaciones muy distintas a las de algunas fotos. Hay que tener en cuenta que el precio de esta suite es equiparable al de otras en hoteles que tienen unas instalaciones fabulosas, me parece caro para lo que ofrece.
La escapada deja de ser romántica por la suite que te ofrecen, una verdadera lástima.
