We returned after three years, and the evening entertainment has significantly diminished. A mini-disco for one person, when we've seen mini-discos for all the entertainment staff, the boss standing still at his computer, very unsympathetic toward the children.
Calidad precio muy buena. La comida en el buffet buenísimas, tanto para desayunar, comer y cenar.
Los animadores son una pasada...de 10! Dani, Raul, Yasmin...todos! eso si destacar el comportamiento del "jefe" de ellos, gestos bastante feos a sus trabajadores por no decir a las trabajadorAS.
Volvimos despúes de 3 años, y las animaciones nocturnas han bajado mucho, una minidisco de una persona, cuando hemos visto minidiscos de todos los chicos de animación, el jefe sin moverse del sitio con el ordenador, muy poco empático con los niños..

Suelo de la piscina muy peligroso!! Resbalaba muchísimo. Seguro que hay tratamiento para poder aplicar.
Tema de la reserva de las hamacas... es imposible coger una hamaca a las 11 am. Los extranjeros haciendo cola desde las 07.30 am (visto por mis ojos).

Las habitaciones para dos adultos y dos niños se queda bastante pequeña, ya que no tiene prácticamente armario y no tienes espacio donde guardar nada. Tuvimos que dejar casi todo en el balcón. La zona de piscina de adultos estaba muy masificada, para tanta gente se queda bastante escasa la piscina. Y de lo que sí querría quejarme es de algún camarero del restaurante buffet, al haber tanta gente en todos los sitios y según mi opinión muy poco personal , los poco camareros que había te contestaban mal. Dejaban entrar mucha gente a la vez al comedor y luego era imposible encontrar mesa, y si le pedías ayuda a algún camarero te contestaba mal y no te ayudaba. En varias ocasiones tuve que limpiar la mesa de otra familia y poner yo vasos y cubiertos para poder comer.

Acceptable hotel in terms of facilities and services. Very well located for going to Port Aventura, free car park area without blue zones or car park (check rates at reception).

The animation guys are excellent, I wouldn't know which one is the best... Julio Jordi Maria Rojas Raul are 10000 as people and as animators always smiling and very affectionate with everyone... for us it has been the best thing about the hotel by far. The food is good... it's not the best in the world but it's not bad either, the guys in the dining room are always very attentive and very helpful.
