Well located hotel, rooms sufficiently spacious and a large balcony.
Hotel bien situado, habitaciones suficientemente amplias y gran balcón.
I stayed for five days and the lift didn’t work. We had to use the service lift for an entire building. Many days it wasn’t available because of high demand, so we had to walk up the stairs.
The hotel pool was too small for so many people. It opened at 10:30 in the morning and by 8:00 most sunbeds already had towels on them even though you weren’t allowed to reserve them.
The dining room was too small. Many days it was hard to find free tables. The buffet had little variety.
The room was clean on arrival. on the other days they only made the beds and changed the towels.
Estuve alojada 5 días y no funcionaba el ascensor. Tuvimos que utilizar el de servicio de limpieza para todo un edificio. Muchos días no se podía utilizar debido a la alta demanda y tocaba subir andando.
La piscina del hotel, demasiado pequeña para tanta gente. Se abría a las 10'30 de la mañana y a las 8 ya tenías la mayoría de las tumbonas con toallas encima cuando no se podían reservar tumbonas.
Comedor demasiado pequeño. Muchos días era complicado encontrar mesas libres. Buffet con poca variedad de comida.
Limpieza de la habitación a la entrada correcta. El resto de los días solo hacían las camas y cambiaban las toallas.

The pool is large and the water is a good temperature. The pool area is really pleasant in the afternoon and evening, whether you’re having a drink or just enjoying the fresh air. The location is great, right next to PortAventura, and you’re quickly at the beach and the shopping areas.

The mattresses dig into your back, the pillows are poor quality and I’ve left with neck pain. The first day I had to wait for hours in the hot room for maintenance to come and check the air conditioning problem. It turned out the air conditioning was set to a temperature the previous guest had left it at.
You can’t adjust the air conditioning temperature yourself, there’s just a light switch to turn it on or off, and every time you want to change the temperature, you have to tell reception so they can come with the remote control and change it for you.
They registered us again because our booking supposedly wasn’t in the system, even though we’d given them our ID, paid for the hotel car park, and received our room cards. What bothered me was that the receptionist came to knock on our door saying that it was up to us to sort out the problem and find a solution, when in the end it turned out it was a mistake on her side and I had to give our IDs again.
In the afternoon I realised they hadn’t charged me the local taxes, so I went to reception to let them know and pay. The sunbeds and chairs by the pool are always reserved with towels even before the day starts.
The mattresses were too short for me and my feet were left hanging off the end.

El aire acondicionado no se puede regular la temperatura, tiene un interruptor de luz para encender o apagar y cada vez que tienes que cambiar la temperatura tienes que avisar a la recepción para que vengas a cambiarla con mando a distancia.
Me han vuelto a registrar porque no consta que nuestra reserva no está registrada y esto que hemos dado nuestro dni y hemos pagado el parking del hotel y nos han dado las tarjetas, lo que me ha molestado que ha venido la trabajadora de recepción a picar nuestra habitación diciéndome que tenemos nosotros que reglar un problema y buscar una solución, al final el problema era de la trabajadora y he vuelto a dar los dni.
Por la tarde me he dado cuenta que no me han cobrado las tasas y me ido a la recepción para avisar para pagar, las tumbonas y las sillas de la pisina están permanente reservadas con toallas antes de empezar la jornada.
Los colchones eran cortos para mi y los pies se quedan fuera del colchón.

Disappointing
A very disappointing experience and lack of solutions
Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. We arrived around 11pm, tired after being at Portaventura, and the keycard stopped working so we couldn't get into our room. After several attempts and around 40-45 minutes of waiting, they finally moved us to another room, so we got in almost an hour later than planned.
In addition, we had the buffet included and had previously confirmed that they could prepare us a cold dinner. However, when we arrived there was only a plate for one person, with insufficient quantity and poor quality. They didn't offer us any alternatives, so we ended up not having dinner.
To make matters worse, the next day we went to complain and the receptionist was arrogant and unprofessional, without apologising or showing any willingness to help us.
A truly regrettable experience. We won't be coming back.
Experiencia muy decepcionante y falta de soluciones
Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy decepcionante. Llegamos alrededor de las 23:00, cansados, porque estabamos en Portaventura, y la tarjeta dejó de funcionar y no podíamos entrar en la habitación. Tras varios intentos y aproximadamente 40-45 minutos de espera, finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación, entrando casi una hora más tarde de lo previsto.
Además, teníamos el buffet incluido y habíamos confirmado previamente que podían prepararnos una cena fría. Sin embargo, al llegar solo encontramos un plato para una persona, con una cantidad y calidad insuficientes. No nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, por lo que acabamos sin cenar.
Para empeorar la situación, al dia siguiente fuimos a reclamar y el recepcionista tuvo un trato prepotente y poco profesional, sin pedir disculpas ni mostrar intención de ayudarnos.
Una experiencia realmente lamentable. No volveremos.

If, like me, you're looking for Mediterranean cuisine, it's perfect. If you want a buffet where you don't spend ages choosing, it's also perfect. We had a room with a terrace facing the main street. It was very noisy until morning due to traffic on the two-lane main street. We had to keep the patio door closed to sleep. There was no entertainment by the pool during the day. There wasn’t daily entertainment or a show in the evening at the hotel.
Abendessen erst ab 19:30 Uhr. Es hat sich täglich ab 19:00 Uhr eine lange Warteschlange vor dem Restaurant gebildet. Zum Frühstück kaum Abwechslung. Croissants alle schnell vergriffen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse zur Hauptstraße hinaus. Auf der doppelspurigen Hauptstraße wegen Autolärm sehr laut bis in den Morgen. Terrassentür musste zum Schlafen geschlossen werden. Keine Animation am Pool tagsüber. Es gab nicht täglich eine Animation bzw. Show abends im Hotel.
