The room is spacious and has a balcony with sea views. The small bottles of water as a welcome gift were much appreciated. It was great that the champagne was chilled so we could celebrate. The waitress and the receptionist who were on duty the morning of 15 February are very friendly and kind — many thanks for their kindness.

What I don’t like is that I booked that night because the booking said **romantic dinner**, but instead of drinks they gave us two glasses of Estrella Galicia, which didn’t seem romantic at all, and the dinner was a bit basic, although when we asked they said that’s what was included.

My stay was fine. When we arrived they had given us a different room to the one booked, but Reception attended to us quickly and gave us the room we had reserved.
Both Teide and Ana are very kind people and it shows they want to work — they are wonderful. I will definitely return. To those who always write about hotels: please be honest when you write. Don’t ask for the moon — good quality and a fair price. If you want something else, go to a 5-star hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Piedra Paloma and we really enjoyed our stay. It is a very clean, cozy hotel with a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
I want to especially highlight Dani, who manages the dining room all by himself and is a very good cook. The food is not abundant, but it is very good and made with love. Dani is charming, always attentive to everything and everyone, with a kindness and dedication that truly make a difference. He works non-stop and yet, he always has a smile and a kind word. He makes you feel taken care of, and that is greatly appreciated.
There is also a team member, named Teide, who is equally super attentive and friendly. Together, they make the atmosphere even more welcoming.
The hotel is very nice, but what really makes it special is the staff. Hopefully, the management values the work they do, because Dani and the rest of the team are the ones who make the stay a very pleasant experience.
Nos hemos alojado en el Hotel Piedra Paloma y la verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto. Es un hotel muy limpio, acogedor y con un ambiente familiar que te hace sentir en casa.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Dani, se encarga él solo de todo el comedor y es muy buen cocinero La comida no es abundante, pero está muy buena y hecha con cariño. Dani es un encanto, siempre pendiente de todo y de todos, con una amabilidad y dedicación que de verdad marcan la diferencia. Trabaja sin parar y aun así ,siempre tiene una sonrisa y una palabra agradable. Te hace sentir cuidada, y eso se agradece muchísimo.
También hay un señor del equipo, llamado Teide ,que igualmente es súper atento y amable. Entre los dos hacen que el ambiente sea todavía más cercano.
El hotel está muy bien, pero lo que de verdad lo hace especial es el personal. Ojalá la dirección valore el trabajo que hacen, porque Dani y el resto del equipo son los que convierten la estancia en una experiencia muy agradable.

We have been here for a weekend and it has been a success, I did not expect it to be so good, we will definitely repeat. I was pleasantly surprised by this 2-star hotel. Although it is simple, the staff's attention makes the difference. From the first moment at reception, Pablo and Cristina were very kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
In the cafeteria and buffet area, I want to especially highlight Dani, who made every breakfast, lunch, and dinner more enjoyable with his professionalism and approachability. Always attentive to details and ensuring nothing was missing.
Overall, the staff makes the stay very comfortable and pleasant, conveying a close and familiar treatment that makes you feel at home. A very positive experience that I would definitely repeat.
Me sorprendió gratamente este hotel de 2 estrellas. Aunque es sencillo, la atención del personal marca la diferencia. Desde el primer momento en recepción, Pablo y Cristina fueron muy amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa.
En la zona de cafetería y buffet, quiero destacar especialmente a Dani, que hizo que cada desayuno, comida y cena fuera más agradable con su profesionalidad y cercanía. Siempre pendiente de los detalles y de que no faltara nada.

A simple 2-star hotel but with 5-star hotel staff, especially the chef (waiter) Dani who is a 100% professional, very attentive, resourceful, and a wonderful person. The food is not very varied but tasty. The room was not very big but clean, with air conditioning, and a small fridge which is very important in the middle of August. The surprise was the bathroom: very spacious and modern. From my experience, the hotel deserves one more star. Since we didn't get the room with a sea view, we have a reason to come back.

We have been wonderful, the staff couldn't be friendlier, always looking after us and the other guests, it's a pleasure to go anywhere, especially Dani who served in the dining room is at least a 12, always attentive to everything and everyone. El hotel es pequeño y familiar, pero todo muy bien, y como ya he dicho el personal desde la persona de recepción hasta las personas de limpieza muy atentas en todo momento. The cafeteria staff is charming. The food is very good and had that homemade touch that buffets usually don't have. The person in charge of all this was very kind and friendly. Location is good as long as you have a car.

Very friendly staff, waiter Dani is a top guy. Friendly and attentive to everything. The location is not bad at all since you can walk to a beach and there are places nearby by car, no problems with car park, dinners were quite good and breakfasts too, not much choice but being only 2 stars I'm not surprised.
If I have to return because it's the cheapest option, I would definitely come back.

La ubicación no está mal del todo ya que puedes ir andando a una playa y tienes sitios cerca en coche,para aparcar no ha habido problemas,las cenas estaban bastante bien y los desayunos también,poca elección pero al ser solo 2 estrellas no me extraña.
Si tengo que volver porque es la opción más barata sí que volvería.
The room cleaning is neither very good nor very bad, there were details that I didn't like but the cleaning staff has been great, when I mentioned any issues they were attentive. The beds were uncomfortable, my back hurt, they made a lot of noise. The terrace is not bad but the garden there is quite neglected. Lack of drawers or some more space for towels. The fridge didn't cool anything completely. I didn't like the meals very much and the quality of some things was not very good. The orange juice was not natural.
La limpieza de las habitaciones ni es muy buena ni muy mala,habían detalles que no me han gustado pero el personal de limpieza se ha portado genial,cuando les dije de algun problema han estado atentas.
Las camas incómodas,me dolía la espalda,sonaban mucho. La terraza no está mal pero el jardín que hay está bastante descuidado. Falta de cajones o algún hueco más para las toallas. La nevera no enfriaba totalmente nada. Las comidas no me han gustado mucho y la calidad de algunas cosas no ha sido muy buena. Zumo de naranja no era natural.

The worst thing was definitely "the buffet". I had read that it was limited but what I couldn't imagine is that there were only 5 varieties of food, mostly frozen and fried food. One day at 9:15 pm there were only 3 out of 5 dishes.
