Muy preocupados por los clientes, el trato del personal del hotel muy carismatico, atentos, preocupados de todo, un servicio por el personal que trabaja tanto en recepcion, restaurante, limpieza espectacular un 10, el menu de las cenas riquisimo, nuestras felicitaciones al chef ya que tras llegar de las pistas de esqui sus platos y postres variados eran de gloria bendita, aparcamiento gratuito y facil en los alrededores del recinto, distancia a las pista de esqui facil acceso y pocos kilometrajes, nos a encantado a los 4 que fuimos, gracias a esquiades ya que hasta los fortait los llevaron al hotel ahorrandonos tiempo, todo genial, volveremos a repetir.
