9.4 Carmen Booked on Amimir.com October 2025 Superb My cousin and I spent four wonderful days there. The best thing, without a doubt, was the service, from the dining room staff to the cleaning staff and even the entertainment staff. However, James and Aldo at reception definitely have my admiration. As young people, they have such dedication to their work. They did everything possible to make our stay just like the one we had dreamed of. A thousand thanks to them and the entire Elba Carlota team. Otherwise, the facilities were super nice, everything was top quality, both the beds and the kitchenware, and lots of thoughtful touches.

Hemos estado mi prima y yo cuatro días estupendos,lo mejor,sin duda ,el trato,todos desde los del comedor,las chicas de limpieza y hasta animación no pueden ser mejores pero sin duda James y Aldo de recepción se llevan toda mi admiración ,como gente tan joven tienen esa dedicación a su trabajo,han hecho todo lo posible para hacernos una estancia como la que soñábamos.Mil gracias a ellos y a todo el equipo del Elba Carlota. Por lo demás ,instalaciones superbonitas ,todo de calidad ,tanto camas como menaje,muchos detalles

The negative comment goes to those guests at the pool who drink something and then leave glasses or plates on the floor for others to pick up, as if the staff were standing idly by, even though there are trash cans and containers for that trash. Let's see if we can all learn a little more about not doing what we wouldn't want done to us.

El comentario negativo va para esos clientes que en la piscina toman algo y dejan despues tirados por el suelo los vasos o los platos para que otros se los recojan ,como si el trabajador estuviera de brazos cruzados ,habiendo papeleras y recipientes donde depositar esa basura. A ver si aprendemos todos un poco más a no hacer lo que no nos gustaría que nos hicieran a nosotros
