          Personal excelente, limpieza, jardineros, restauración, camareros, recepción, etc, todos muy profesionales y de trato excelente. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas. Las comidas, cenas y desayunos muy bien, con calidad y variedad.
          La animación para adultos se puede mejorar bastante. En el desayuno sería conveniente disponer de zumo natural.

          El buffet está vez a sido malo tanto desayuno como cena ,los precios desorbitados ,no tienes ningún beneficio ser premium solo una botella de agua que te reponen al día ,poco más ,la habitación que nos dieron era con vistas al balcón de enfrente ,habiendo habitaciones libres con vistas no sé porque hacen esto y mucho menos después de pagar casi 200€ al día media pensión y en octubre

          You don't need to leave the hotel to have a fantastic few days. It has everything: right next to the beach, amazing entertainment, a buffet with a wide variety of food for all kinds of diets, a children's playground, and a water park with Water Slides for the kids, where you literally forget there are children because they don't want to leave. Entertainment around the clock ensures you won't get bored. In short, I would definitely return. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
          No hace falta salir del hotel para pasar unos días excelentes. Lo tiene todo; al lado de la playa, animación espectacular, buffete con gran variedad de comida para todo tipo de dietas, parque infantil, parque acuatico con toboganes para los niños, donde literalmente te olvidas de que hay niños porque no quieren salir de allí. Animación a todas horas que no te da lugar a que te aburras. En definitiva, volvería a repetir sin duda. De los mejores hoteles q he estado.

          The location, pools, and surrounding area are very good. The facilities are spacious and welcoming, with high quality. The buffet is good but needs to improve the variety and quality of the grilled items. The entertainment is good but could be improved, in terms of shows and evening entertainment. Overall, a very good hotel for a great family holiday.

          The cleaning staff is rarely mentioned. For me, they're a 10 out of 10 in every way. Beach access is unbeatable, although that particular area isn't exactly the best. Spacious rooms and a pretty good buffet.

          The meal times are all geared towards foreign tourists. They should be extended. Furthermore, we understand that you have to check out before 12:00h, but not being denied access to your room at 11:40. We were bringing our luggage down and a cleaning lady had to let us in. And you're supposed to have your room ready by 2:00 PM when you arrive, not 4:00 PM like what happened to us last year.

Por otra parte, entendemos que haya que salir antes de las 12:00, pero no cortar el acceso a la habitación a las 11:40, que estábamos bajando maletas y nos tuvo que abrir una chica de la limpieza. Y se supone que a las 14;00 tienes la habitación lista cuando llegas, pero no a las 16:00 como nos ocurrió el año pasado.

          The room was constantly noisy because it was next to the pool bathrooms, which were in use all night; it was a constant wake-up call. Being on the ground floor and facing the pool, the pool bar's band played until midnight. The room was very old and had bugs in the bathroom.

          The hotel has many pools and a spa and is located right on the beach, across the street. The food is varied and of good quality. They honored our request for a pool view.

          The service, from the moment you arrive, isn't very pleasant. You have to constantly carry around a slip of paper they give you to show your meal plan, and they don't keep track of whether you pay for the drinks package upon arrival. They tell you where to sit in the lounge instead of setting a table you'd like and providing your place setting. The hotel is very overcrowded. Luckily, there are several pools, and although it wasn't the main one, we were able to sit on the deck. The dining room for Luxury guests is better, and they let us have dinner one night for a small surcharge. The woman there was very friendly. We didn't enjoy our stay very much.

Hay que llevar continuamente un papelito que te dan para saber tu régimen contratado, no están al corriente por ordenador si pagas al llegar el paquete de bebidas. Te dicen donde tienes que sentarte en el salón por no arreglarte la mesa que te agrade y ponerte el cubierto. El hotel está muy masificado. Suerte que hay varias piscinas y , aunque no fue la central, pudimos estar en la cubierta. El salón de comidas para la gente Luxury si está mejor y nos dejaron cenar una noche con un pequeño suplemento. La chica fue muy amable. No hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.
