Everything went well, the customer service response time was very fast.
Some pf the reviews available on the internet suggests Amimir is not always reliable but I never felt this. However, had a little bit of anxiety regarding our reservation but nothing bad / wrong happened

It was my birthday and the hotel was kind enough to leave me a bottle of wine in my room, thank you!!!!

Everything is very far away, you have to walk to get from one place to another 🤣

Super large, perfect facilities, especially the indoor pool for children, and close to the beach. The rooms are large. We were 4 people and the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very large, and the food was delicious.
Super grande , instalaciones perfectas sobre todo piscina cubierta para peques ,y cerca de la playa,las habitaciones son grandes íbamos 4 personas y muy cómodas las camas y el baño muy grande y la cómida muy rica

The heated swimming pool was out of order, it wasn't noted on the booking site, that's really not good, instead we had drinks included in the meals

We were there during the Andalusian bank holiday and there were a lot of people, a long queue in the dining room, in the cafeteria, the heated pool was not working, the spa was not working at all.

The hotel is cozy, with multiple options for adults and children, spacious rooms, and very welcoming staff. Close to many areas of interest.
El hotel es acogedor, con múltiples opciones para adultos y niños, las habitaciones amplias, y el personal muy acogedor. Cerca de muchas zonas de interés.
When we arrived they told us that the heated pool was damaged and the water was cold, but as compensation they offered us a spa at 50% discount and with schedules... one of the options we booked at the hotel was because of that, so I think they should have compensated in another way. The pillows were low and there was no plug in the hallway area next to the mirror, since for a family while some people were using the bathroom, there could be a plug for other uses next to the mirror.
Cuando llegamos nos dijeron q la piscina climatizada estaba con desperfectos y el agua estaba fría, en compensación nos ofrecen spa al 50%, y con horarios...una de las opciones q reservamos el hotel fue por eso, por eso pienso q deberían de haber compensado de otra forma. Las almohadas bajitas y falta de enchufe en la zona del pasillo junto al espejo, ya q para una familia mientras unos usan el baño, al lado del espejo se puede ubicar un enchufe para otros usos.

They gave us a superior room, the room was great, room service, cleaning was great.
