Above all, I want to highlight the friendliness of the staff, especially the people in the dining room. I’d like to mention two people in particular: Kevin, and especially Leo.
The beach is very close (5 minutes on foot).
Sobre todo quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal y en especial de la gente del comedor me gustaría destacar a 2 personas Kevin y sobre todo a Leo.

A renovation in the room wouldn’t be a bad idea (wardrobe doors half broken, bathroom door damp and half broken on the inside, wobbly bedside tables, and it would be better to replace the shower curtain with a screen). The schedules are aimed at foreigners (the pool closes at 18:00), plus it was impossible to get a sun lounger - the foreigners would grab them at 9 in the morning, leave their towels and disappear. The restaurant food was repetitive, although the breakfast was definitely the best part.
Towels are changed every 3 or 4 days (in a week, ours were changed once). On Sundays and Thursdays, the rooms aren’t cleaned, which I’ve never seen in any other hotel I’ve stayed in.
A word of advice for hotel management: Spaniards go on holiday too.
Una reforma en la habitación no estaría mal ( puertas del armario medio rotas ,puerta del baño con humedad y medio rotas por dentro,mesitas de noche cojas y cambiar la cortina de la ducha por una mampara) los horarios enfocados a los extranjeros (horario del cierre de la piscina 18:00) y además era imposible coger una hamaca las cogían los extranjeros a las 9 de la mañana y dejaban las toallas y se iban . La comida del restaurante repetitiva, lo mejor sin lugar a dudas el desayuno.
Se cambian las toallas cada 3 o 4 días (en una semana nos las cambiaron una vez) Domingo y Jueves no se hacen las habitaciones en todos los hoteles que he estado no he visto eso nunca
Un consejo para la dirección del hotel es que los Españoles también salimos de Vacaciones

A hotel with a good location and spacious rooms. The access to coffee and cold water, since there is no drinking water or fridge in the room, is definitely a big plus. The service, though, was just adequate.

The hotel staff were very attentive to anything we needed. Our remote control wasn't working and they sent a technician at 2 a.m., and it was fixed in no time. Meal times are very flexible, so there was no need to get up early for breakfast. We loved the rooftop terrace and, overall, the facilities are good. The beds are comfortable, although we would have preferred a double bed, but we slept very well. The beach next to the hotel is quite nice. The cleaning was excellent, everything was very, very clean. Overall, I wouldn't come back because it's aimed at tourists, but the hotel itself is good.
El personal del hotel muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitaramos, nuestro mando no funcionaba y mandaron al técnico a las 2 de la mañana y en un momento nos lo habían solucionado, también las horas de las comidas son muy amplias por lo que no era necesario madrugar para desayunar, la terraza de arriba nos encantó y las instalaciones en general están bien, las camas son cómodas aunque hubieramos prefierido una cama de matrimonio pero descansamos muy bien. La playa de al lado del hotel está bastante bien. La limpieza genial, estaba todo muy muy limpio. En general no volvería porque está enfocado a turistas pero el hotel está bien.
The hotel was aimed at English people, not Spaniards, so the evening activities were in English and we couldn’t understand anything they were saying. For this reason, I don't recommend it for Spaniards. It was full of English guests and we were greeted in English as soon as we arrived, so it’s basically a hotel entirely for foreigners. The food in general was quite bad in terms of taste, they reused leftovers a lot and there were times when we didn’t like the dinner, but for the price it’s reasonable.
El hotel estaba enfocado a ingleses no a españoles por lo que las actividades de por la noche eran en inglés y no nos enterábamos de nada de lo que hablaban, no recomiendo a españoles por este motivo, eran todo ingleses y ya nos recibieron en inglés nada más entrar asique es un hotel todo para extranjeros. La comida en general bastante mala en cuanto a sabor, reutilizaban mucho las cosas que sobraban y había veces que no nos gustaba la cena, pero para el precio es razonable.

The staff is very nice and very grateful, in everything you need they help you, the rooms are very large as well as the bathroom in that aspect very well.

The people, surely in our stay along with another couple we were the only Spaniards the rest were all English, no problem because they come to enjoy, but that the hotel is more adapted for them than for Spaniards does not seem right, since they addressed you directly in English and all activities and music was in English adapted to them, we could not enjoy that, plus they were rude, irresponsible and quite "dirty" all thrown by the main areas (pool especially) drinking in the pool, smoked everywhere in the area .... etc. In that aspect if I complain about the hotel because in my opinion there should be more order, control and discipline towards them as the lifeguards were to be why they did not say anything, the hammocks at 7 am had them already taken with towels you could not even enjoy that. That is my big complaint to the hotel that if they want to do or adapt for them also understand that there will be more people / families and have to respect. Some rules.
La gente, seguramente en nuestra estancia junto con otra pareja éramos los únicos españoles el resto eran todos ingleses, ningún problema porque vengan a disfrutar, pero que el hotel esté más adaptado para ellos que para los españoles no me parece bien, ya que se dirigían a ti directamente en inglés y todas las actividades y músicas era en inglés adaptadas a ellos, nosotros no pudimos disfrutar de eso, además de que eran unos maleducados, irresponsables y bastante “guarros” todo tirado por las zonas comunes (piscina sobre todo) bebiendo dentro de la piscina, fumaban por todas las zona… etc. en ese aspecto si me quejo del hotel ya que en mi opinión debería haber más orden, control y disciplina hacia ellos ya que los socorristas estaban por estar por qué no decían nada, las hamacas a las 7 de la mañana las tenían ya cogidas con toallas no podías ni disfrutar de eso. Esa es mi gran queja al hotel que si lo quieren hacer o adaptar para ellos también entiendan que irá más gente/familias y tiene que respetar. Unas reglas.
