Villa Can Cabrit

A design house, modern and newly built within the town of Alaró, with fabulous views of the mountains and the countryside. It can accommodate 6 people. The exteriors are fantastic, it has a very pretty garden with a lemon tree from which you can catch the lemons in season. There is 100 m2 of wooden terrace around the pool and it is at the same time surrounded by about 100 m2 of grass. The private salt pool with 10 x 4 m, with a minimum depth of 1.10 and a maximum depth of 1.85, is magnificent in the middle of nature. In the pool area there are four sunbeds for sunbathing. Just outside the dining room you will find a private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy great evenings with your family and friends. It also has a barbecue for foodies. The house of 140 m2 distributed over 2 floors, has 3 rooms, all of them on the 1st floor with views of the countryside or the mountains. 2 of them are equipped with 2 single beds each, and 1 has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. In addition to the bathroom en suite, on the 1st floor there is another bathroom with shower, and on the ground floor you will find 1 toilet. There is availability for 1 cot. The bright dining room has a sofa and two armchairs perfect to enjoy reading a good book, watch satellite television, or just relax. The space for the dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen, independent and vitro, is located very close to the dining room and is equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably during your vacation. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, in the dining room, in the kitchen and in a bathroom. A short distance from the house is the center of Alaró, a small town, in the middle of the Tramuntana, with a lot of charm, where you can enjoy the most genuine Mallorca.
