A beautiful ground floor villa very comfortable and cozy that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience! The chalet, with a single floor and 140 m2, is ideal for families and small groups of friends. All rooms have a double bed with air conditioning. There are 2 full bathrooms, one en suite, with shower, and another is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub. All rooms have closets. The house also has air conditioning in the living room. You can enjoy a good breakfast on the porch, equipped with table and chairs for 6 people. In the living room there is a sofa and a large armchair where you can rest, surf the internet (WIFI) or watch satellite television. The independent kitchen has everything you could need to cook during your holiday. The plot (with the house) measures approximately 500 m2 and has an elevated 3x3 pool where you can enjoy the afternoons after the beach. You can park in front of the villa on the street, it has no cost. The accommodation is located within an urbanization and that is why there are direct neighbors. The location of the chalet is perfect because everything you need for your holiday is accessible on foot, in a few minutes, or in a moment, if you have a car or bus. Near the chalet there is a supermarket, restaurants and a bus stop. The bus passes every 15 minutes to the Port of Alcúdia (center), the town of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença and other addresses such as Ca'n Picafort. The beach, with fine sand, is 1 km away. In the Port of Alcudia there are a lot of restaurants of all kinds; Shops and leisure activities. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town becomes a bustling and lively place. Apart from visiting the port, do not forget to visit the ancient Roman ruins where you can see a beautiful amphitheater.
