          - Location. - Separate shower and toilet.

          - They provided liquid body wash in small 30-ml plastic bottles and tiny bars of soap. During our 3-day stay, we must have used about 10 bottles and 7 bars. Not only is this inconvenient, but it also generates a lot of unnecessary waste for the environment. - They only provide liquid and bar soap, unlike other hotels that also offer conditioner, shower caps, and other amenities. - The towels were very old and rough. - The lighting was too dim in the main areas and in the room. - There was no closed closet. - The air conditioning was very weak. - The worst part came on the last day: there are three of us, and they left only two bath towels after housekeeping. I complained to the front desk, and they said there simply weren’t any more towels available. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Além de inconveniente, gera muito lixo desnecessário para o meio ambiente. - Dão apenas sabonete líquido e sólido, ao contrário de outros hotéis que também fornecem condicionador, touca de cabelo, e outras amenidades. - Toalhas muito velhas e ásperas. - Iluminação muito escura nas áreas comuns e no quarto. - Não tem roupeiro fechado. - Ar condicionado muito fraco. - O pior veio no último dia: somos 3 pessoas e deixaram 2 toalhas de banho após a limpeza. Reclamei com a recepção e disseram que simplesmente não havia mais toalhas disponíveis. Pelo preço, não recomendaria. Definitivamente não é 4 estrelas.

          The hotel is very well located, a short distance from Garibaldi station and about a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo. A tram stops right outside, taking you close to the main points of interest, which makes getting around very easy. The room was very nice: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive at all times, always willing to help with recommendations and answer any questions.
          Hotel muy bien ubicado, a poca distancia de la estación Garibaldi y a unos 15-20 minutos caminando del Duomo. Justo en frente pasa un tranvía que te deja cerca de los principales puntos de interés, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. La habitación estaba muy bien: limpia, cómoda y confortable. El personal fue extraordinariamente amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones y dudas.
          The pillows were quite thin, so I had to ask for an extra one to get a better night's sleep. The heating wasn't working very well, something to keep in mind, especially in cold weather. Another less convenient point was that you had to climb three steps to get to the bathroom, which some people might find inconvenient. The biggest drawback was the tourist tax; we were charged €10 per person per day, a high cost we weren't expecting and which significantly increased the overall cost of our stay.
          Las almohadas eran bastante finas, por lo que tuve que solicitar una adicional para poder descansar mejor. La calefacción no funcionaba del todo bien, algo a tener en cuenta especialmente en épocas frías. Otro punto menos cómodo es que para acceder al baño había que subir tres escalones, lo cual puede resultar incómodo para algunas personas. Lo más negativo fue el importe de las tasas turísticas, ya que nos cobraron 10 € por persona y día, un coste elevado que no esperábamos y que encarece bastante la estancia.
