We had to ask the receptionist for the bottle of champagne that came with the offer, yet they only brought up one bottle and it was one per room (we took two rooms). It is cumbersome to have to ask for something you have already paid for, even if it is a gesture given that it was a bottle of less than 33 cls. The hotel food was very bad (we ordered some patatas bravas and they were half raw inside, we asked them to take them away and they were going to bring others but we didn't want them), but they did charge for them. The hotel needs a reform if you want to be 4 stars, the shower was clogged the first day only with water and flooded the bathroom, we gave notice and kindly said they went up but did not go up to fix it so we were the 3 days so.
Le hemos tenido que pedir al de recepción la botella de cava que venía con la oferta, aún así solo han subido una sola y era una por habitación (cogido dos habitaciones). Es engorroso tener que pedir algo que ya has pagado, aunque sea un gesto dado que era una botella de menos de 33 cls. La comida del hotel muy mala (pedimos unas patatas bravas y estaban medio crudas por dentro, pedimos que se las llevaran e iban a traer otras pero no quisimos), eso si, las cobraron. El hotel necesita una reforma si quiere ser de 4 estrellas, la ducha se tapó el primer día solo con el agua y se inundó el baño, dimos aviso y amablemente dijeron que subían pero no subieron a arreglarlo así que estuvimos los 3 días así.
