Excellent value for money, we were staying on a half board basis and were prepared to eat out occasionally on an evening, however the food was so good and varied that we only went out on one occasion.
The room was more than adequate, the cleaning and the changing of the bed linen was done at least twice a week. All the staff were very friendly and eager to help if required. Overall we had a really good stay and wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.
All the public areas were bright and clean particularly the reception and restaurant areas. One particular area which needs attention is the floor covering which is carpeted and quite dirty, also the wall covering could do with “freshening up”
The pool area is quite congested with too many sun beds, and the pool itself could do with attention as some tiles/mosaic tiles need to be replaced. We tended to use the rooftop (solarium ?) and feel more could be done to make it more appealing.

It is not a 4 star hotel but a 3 star hotel. Animation only in the morning and some at night but basic. The food was good... but it ran out quickly and took a long time to replenish (normal, lack of staff) and the all inclusive is local drinks that do not indicate that...
Also the snacks at the pool are time sensitive and are fruit and some cookies. They charge you for a bag of chips.
The air conditioners are very old and in general the said hotel 3 stars.
No es un hotel 4 estrellas sino de 3. Animación solo por la mañana y algo por la noche pero básica. La comida bueno… pero se acababa con rapidez y tardaban en reponer (normal, faltaba personal) y el todo incluido es de bebidas locales que eso no lo indican…
Además los snacks de la piscina tienen hora y son fruta y alguna galleta. Una bolsa de patatas te la cobran.

Lo peor la comida, poca variedad y bastante mal hecha, parece un comedor de colegio de hace 20 años, albóndigas de lata, hamburguesas de plástico.... Cada día hay una o 2 cosas que merecen la pena, y los cócteles malísimos, vamos es para estafar a gente y sobre todo guiris con el todo incluido, no incluye casi nada, un tipo de cóctel al día, horario de piscina malísimo, solo hasta las 19:00, la comida mal... I would improve the dining room hours and certain aspects of maintenance as it is an old hotel, the bathroom door was stuck and the bathtub curtain was not comfortable.

The friendliness of the staff and except for a couple of details in the room, the rooms are very good.

The staff is wonderful. Food in the dining room is good value for money, but almost nothing at the pool bar snack.

The most relevant thing about the hotel is its friendly and willing staff, lovely people especially the receptionists and cleaning staff very empathetic.

In my opinion, it is a hotel that meets very good services and staff but urgently needs a touch-up in its rooms and an urgent renovation of its bathrooms, especially the bathtub was all chipped and had an unpleasant appearance with yellowish or even blackish joints that did not give a good sense of hygiene or cleanliness. The food was passable for two days, but for a week, it ended up tasting all the same. I think it should be classified as a 3-star hotel to avoid confusing guests because the best thing about the hotel was its clearly friendly and attentive staff to any needs you may have, always with a good attitude.
A mi opinión es un hotel que cumple con muy buenos servicios y personal pero necesita con urgencia una mano de puntura en sus habitaciones y una reforma urgente de sus baños la bañera sobre todo estaba toda picada y presentaba un aspecto desagradable con juntas amarillentas o imcluso negras no daban buena sensación de higiene o limpieza la comida era pasable para dos dias pero para una semana acababa sabiendo todo igual creo que tendria que estar catalogado con 3 estrellas para no confundir al personal porque lo mejor del hotel era su personal claramente amable y atento a cualquier necesidad que tuvieras y siempre con una buena actitud

It was amazing. The staff couldn't be nicer. Every night they do some entertainment and a lot of fun. Everything is beautiful and the area is very nice. That if, it falls 1h of car everywhere minimum.
