A glass a Cava at check in. It has facilities, and they try to have special dinner nights like: salsa night, espana, etc.
Not even close to 5 star hotel.
Altought it has facilities on paper, they are poor implemented.
I will start with the fact that wi-fi isn’t available in all areas, for example in the restaurant.
Plates, glasses, cans and forks aren’t cleaned at the best, were multiple cases when we found stains on them.
Coffee machines seems like no one is cleaning them.
Pool area for me is strange, especially the semi-heated one, seems like high end pool for 10-15th years ago.
Elevetors are rusty, even if they were renovated, on the middle doors you can see the rust.
The externaln elevator, is more to be in the picture, than usefull, they have an intrance at the bottom of the cliff, which looks like a street from a bad neighborhood, rusty, unclean, unsafe.
The bathroom door broke at 4 am in the morning, luckly none of us was in the bath at that time. Technician came at the 11 am next morning.
Technician guys were send during our vacation to check the wifi by the reception.
Even if we had our DND sign on the door, the cleaning lady knockwd at our door loudly during the mid day.
Food after 2 days looks the same. With small variancy.
Overall is not a 5 star hotel, at the best is a 3 star hotel.

Very good
The rooms are spacious and offer spectacular ocean views. Breakfast is served on a terrace with magnificent views. Themed dinners are different each night. Excellent service from all the staff.
Las habitaciones son amplias y unas vistas espectaculares al océano. En el desayuno hay un apartado de terraza donde puedes desayunar con unas magníficas vistas. Las cenas temáticas cada noche una diferente. Gran trato por parte de todo el personal.
Outdated rooms need renovation. Some main areas are quite neglected. The furniture in the outdoor breakfast areas needs replacing. Room service and dining room staff are overwhelmed during peak hours. Cocktails in the entertainment area are quite poor and cost €7.
Habitaciones anticuadas necesitan una remodelación. Algunas zonas comunes bastantes descuidadas. Cambio de mobiliario en las zonas exteriores del desayuno. Personal de habitaciones y comedor colapsados en horas puntas. Cócteles en la zona de espectaculos bastante deficientes al precio de 7 €.

Very friendly staff. Very good facilities and plenty of hammocks and Balinese beds. The pools are perfect. The dinner buffet is themed and varied. The breakfast buffet is very varied.

Room with sea views, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were super friendly, from reception to the cleaning ladies, including the restaurant staff, except for the receptionist with the grey hair in the afternoon. The food was fantastic, varied and of good quality.

The children's area is not open all day, you cannot go and play with your children whenever you want, only when there is a instructor, which is two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon, and they also do not let you leave them alone with the instructors.

The hotel is very well located, in front of the beach and very close to the Martinez lakes. It also has a very large jacuzzi and a lot of Balinese beds that are free of charge.

The floor in the two pools. It leaks so much that I saw my husband, an elderly gentleman and a baby fall, along with countless slips that did not end in a fall. The warning sign is of no use, they need to fix it IT IS VERY DANGEROUS. I would also improve the quality of the food somewhat, it is a 5 star hotel.
El suelo en las dos piscinas. Escurre tanto que vi caerse a mi marido, a un señor mayor y a un bebé , junto con los innumerables resbalones que no terminaron en caída. De nada sirve el cartel de aviso, tienen que arreglarlo ES MUY PELIGROSO. También mejoraría algo la calidad de la comida, es un hotel de 5 estrellas.
