De kamer is ruim genoeg en de matrassen liggen goed
Eten is koud je moet perse bij de opening eten en dan is het al lauw als je later gaat is koud. Zwembad te klein en als er een school met kinderen komt kan je niet eens zwemmen laat staan het remoer op de kamers en op de gangen dit hotel moet je niet nemen als je komt voor je rust
de kamers zijn gehorig vooral de deuren met sluiten laat de deuren stellen(ze klemmen en maken een keihard geluid over de gehele gang) .maar doe iets met de klachten we zijn ook naar de receptie geweest over een klacht over het koude eten en daar zeiden ze dat ze er niks aan konden doen ik zei kom het dan proeven dan zie je dat het al koud is .dit is het eerste hotel dat het eten zo koud is.en we een slechte revieue gevenIs jammer oplossing betere warmte platen en overal. dit is geen 4 sterren waard

It was impossible to get a spot by the pool, everyone queues up two hours before just to get a sunbed and then stays there all day. It’s always the same people and they never give up their spot, not even once. In the end, we booked a hotel with a pool for nothing.
The buffet should be a bit more varied, with more options for vegetarians, and it would be nice if there was less pork.
Impossible de s'installer dans la piscine, tout le monde fait la queue 2h avant pour avoir un transat et ne plus bouger de la journée, toujours les mêmes ils ne laissent pas la place juste 1x. Résultat on a pris un hôtel avec piscine pour rien.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff extremely attentive, the spa and the restaurant were excellent — I loved them.

One thing to improve: restaurant staff often come to clear the plates before you have finished eating. On several occasions I had to say “no, we’re not finished yet” even though we were within the allotted dining time. It’s very uncomfortable to have someone standing there, not letting you finish your meal while they remove plates that still have food on them.

Breakfast buffet, air conditioning throughout the hotel!
Buffet desayuno ,la climatización de todo el hotel !
The pool hours are limited; it closes at 7 pm when you could easily stay until 8 pm. Cash of any kind is not accepted anywhere in the hotel. The beach bar prices are exorbitant. The room terraces have no awnings (they're set up between 3 pm and 6 pm in 50-degree heat). There are barely 10 umbrellas around the entire pool; there's nowhere to go. Full Board isn't worth it as the menu is very repetitive with little variety (we stayed for 5 days and at none of the meals (lunch and dinner) was there any fish or seafood, even though we were staying in Salou, near the beach). It felt more like a mountain lodge than a beach resort. In fact, we stayed at this hotel 6 years ago when it was a 3-star hotel with a different price. We still think it's a 3-star hotel, as it was before, but with a 4-star price tag, which we don't agree with. In summary, we rate our entire stay a 5.5 overall. .
Horario piscina reducido ,a las 19 cierra en cuando se podría estar hasta las 20 horas tranquilamente ,no se acepta efectivo de ningún importe en todo el hotel ,precios chiringuito desorbitados,las terrazas de las habitaciones sin toldo (se pone la terraza a las 15 a 18 horas a 50 grados) ,hay apenas 10 sombrillas en toda la piscina no hay donde meterse,no merece la la pensión completa al ser muy repetitivo todo el
Menú con poca variedad (estuvimos 5 días y en ningúna de las comidas de los 5 días (medio día y cena ? 0 pescados o mariscos estando alojados en SALOU CERCA DE LA PLAYA ,más bien parecía un alojamaiento de montaña en vez de playa costa ,de hecho este hotel estuviésemos hace 6 años y tenía 3 estrellas con diferente precio , seguimos pensando que es un 3 como lo ha sido antes pero con precio de 4 estrellas que no es a nuestro criterio ,resumiendo toda la estancia lo calificamos en un 5,5 en general .

The guy in charge of entertainment did a great job. I found the bed comfortable. The hotel is close to PortAventura, and there's a 24-hour supermarket right across the street. The breakfast was very good and varied.

The quality and variety of the food at dinner could be improved. The room needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. I thought the room was too small for three people.

The showers were so hot that my little girl even got burned. The water would suddenly come out scalding hot while you were showering, even without touching the faucet—super dangerous. The tired restaurant staff were already putting away the food even though there was still an hour left before the end of lunch, dinner, or breakfast service.

What we liked best was the hotel's entertainment program and the friendly service from the staff. Alec is a real charmer with the kids; he makes sure they feel comfortable and have a great time. The rest of the staff were great too—everyone was very friendly and attentive.

The rooms are a mess! There are no closets to store clothes and keep them safe from dust and the sewer smell coming from the bathroom pipes.
As for the bathroom, there’s grime and years of limescale buildup on the faucets, shower screen, and toilet bowl, which had a discolored, yellowed plastic seat covered in clumps of dirt that made it unappealing to use—worse than many public restrooms. In fact, we bought bleach and cleaned everything before using it.
Las habitaciones son un desastre! No tienen armario en donde poder colocar la ropa y preservarla del polvo y del olor a cloaca que desprendían las tuberías del baño.
En cuanto al baño, hay suciedad y sarro de tiempo acumulada en grifos, mampara y taza del wc, la cual tenía una tapa de plástico descolorida, amarillenta y con pegotes de suciedad que no invitaban a usarlo, peor que en mucho lavabos públicos. De hecho, compramos lejía y limpiamos todo antes de usarlo.
