Disappointing

Fabulous
The hotel is new, very welcoming, and clean.
For a 4-star hotel, it doesn't have a bathroom on the main floor where there's a bar, restaurant, and reception, and the 4 pm check-in with food seems terrible to me, and there are days when it's 2 pm and the room hasn't been cleaned.

I want to highlight the variety and quality of the food.
The pool is small and really nothing special, especially for children—it's just a plain pool.

Very good
The cleanliness is impeccable.
La propreté est irréprochable
It was impossible to get a spot by the pool, everyone queues up two hours before just to get a sunbed and then stays there all day. It’s always the same people and they never give up their spot, not even once. In the end, we booked a hotel with a pool for nothing.
The buffet should be a bit more varied, with more options for vegetarians, and it would be nice if there was less pork.

Fabulous
The hotel was wonderful, the staff extremely attentive, the spa and the restaurant were excellent — I loved them.
One thing to improve: restaurant staff often come to clear the plates before you have finished eating. On several occasions I had to say “no, we’re not finished yet” even though we were within the allotted dining time. It’s very uncomfortable to have someone standing there, not letting you finish your meal while they remove plates that still have food on them.

What I enjoyed most was the entertainment. I want to highlight Alex's work, who was wonderful with both children and adults, and the great job by the staff, who were always attentive and willing to help with a smile.
I would improve the food, especially the amount of grilled dishes.

Pleasant
Breakfast buffet, air conditioning throughout the hotel!
The pool hours are limited; it closes at 7 pm when you could easily stay until 8 pm. Cash of any kind is not accepted anywhere in the hotel. The beach bar prices are exorbitant. The room terraces have no awnings (they're set up between 3 pm and 6 pm in 50-degree heat). There are barely 10 umbrellas around the entire pool; there's nowhere to go. Full Board isn't worth it as the menu is very repetitive with little variety (we stayed for 5 days and at none of the meals (lunch and dinner) was there any fish or seafood, even though we were staying in Salou, near the beach). It felt more like a mountain lodge than a beach resort. In fact, we stayed at this hotel 6 years ago when it was a 3-star hotel with a different price. We still think it's a 3-star hotel, as it was before, but with a 4-star price tag, which we don't agree with. In summary, we rate our entire stay a 5.5 overall. .

I didn't like the bed. I went with my partner and they gave us two single beds which separated when you approached the point where they met. I couldn't sleep spooning. Very bad.

The guy in charge of entertainment did a great job. I found the bed comfortable. The hotel is close to PortAventura, and there's a 24-hour supermarket right across the street. The breakfast was very good and varied.
The quality and variety of the food at dinner could be improved. The room needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. I thought the room was too small for three people.

The showers were so hot that my little girl even got burned. The water would suddenly come out scalding hot while you were showering, even without touching the faucet—super dangerous. The tired restaurant staff were already putting away the food even though there was still an hour left before the end of lunch, dinner, or breakfast service.
