The resort is new, so everything is in very good condition. The security was very good which gave us peace of mind with the kids. Pool area very very good
During the lunch and dinner it was very hard and would take too long to get grilled meat. The barbacue area would have very long queues with a very long waiting time.

Las instalaciones son impresionantes, es literalmente como estar en un parque acuático. Además hay actividades constantemente para todo tipo de públicos. Hay diferentes ubicaciones para estar comiendo y bebiendo durante todo el día. El personal por lo general son amables y cualificados. Todo un acierto
Se echa quizás un poco de menos algo de más variedad en el buffet o quizás en la bollería de los postres del buffet algo de más calidad pero es cierto que trabajan con primeras marcas y la comida está buena.

We enjoyed it; the Water Slides are fantastic, the pools and entertainment too, and our children had a great time. The food was spectacular with lots of variety. THEY OFFER SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES, PREPARING SEPARATE DISHES. I RECOMMEND IT.

The facilities are great for the children’s enjoyment, lots of entertainment, and the K-pop show was brilliant.

They should improve the buffet area — just one dining room for so many people meant huge queues to get food. The pool inflatables and the entertainment area closed at midnight; they should stay open later, since you’re supposed to be on holiday and you barely have any time to enjoy them. While you’re eating and watching the show you don’t have time to go to the inflatables, which only open at eight in the evening. So there’s no time.
Mejoraría el área del buffet, solo un comedor para tantísima gente, se muntaba muchísima cola para coger la comida, y los servicios de colchonetas y recreativo cerraba a las 12, deberían de dejarlo más tarde, pues se supones que estás de vacaciones, y apenas te da tiempo de disfrutar ya que mientras cenas y ces espectáculo no tienes tiempo de ir a las colchoneta que abren a las ocho de la tarde. Con lo cual no hay tiempo.

Rooms are new and spacious, especially the bathroom — the shower is very large and roomy. The facilities are very clean, with big pools and plenty of entertainment for children and adults. There are always drinks and food available at the beach bars, and another plus is the train that takes you to the beach, which ran frequently.
Habitaciones nuevas y amplias sobretodo el cuarto de baño ducha muy grande y espaciosa. Las instalaciones muy limpias piscinas grandes y con mucha animación para niños y adultos. Siempre hay bebida y comida en los chiringuitos y otro punto a favor el tren que te lleva a la playa, que pasaba con frecuencia.
I would improve the cleanliness of the rooms — they didn’t mop or sweep properly and there were lots of ants and insects. The bed was very big; the only downside was the pillows were too soft (but that’s a matter of taste). As for the food and buffet, it was not very varied, especially breakfasts which were always the same, and there were big crowds, especially from Thursday to Sunday. There were long queues to get some meat, which was always pork or chicken, and the fish ran out quickly because there were only two grills. The desserts were a bit more varied but basic. For the price you pay, they should improve the variety and quality of the food.
Mejoraria la limpieza de las habitaciones no pasaban la mopa ni barrian y habia muchas hormigas y bichos, cama muy grande, lo malo las almohadas demasiado blandas (pero eso son gustos). Con respecto a la comida o buffet poco variado sobretodo desayunos siempre igual y mucha aglomeración de gente sobretodo de jueves a domingo muchas colas para coger algo de carne que era siempre carne de cerdo o carne de pollo y pescado igua que se terminaba enseguida porque solo habia dos planchas, los postres algo mas variados pero todo de batalla, para el precio que se paga si mejoraría la variedad y la calidad de la comida.

It was a wonderful experience. We've been going to hotels for years, and this one has far exceeded all our expectations. Every detail is perfect; it's meticulously maintained down to the last corner. It's beautiful and magical. The staff, facilities, service, food, drinks, entertainment, and activities throughout the day for both children and adults were all excellent. Having a beach bar with everything included is fantastic, with your own lounge chairs in the shade... In short, an unforgettable experience that we will definitely enjoy again.
A sido una experiencia maravillosa. Llevamos años yendo a hoteles y este con diferencia a cumplido todas nuestras expectativas. No le falta un detalle, está súper cuidado hasta el último rincón. Es precioso y mágico. Excelente el personal, las instalaciones, el servicio, la comida, la bebida, animación y actividades durante todo el día tanto para niños como para adultos, Tener un chiringuito en la Playa con todo incluido es una pasada, con tus sillones en la sombrita... En fin. Una experiencia inolvidable, la cual volveremos a disfrutar seguro.
Just to mention a few things, and as a suggestion, the coffee wasn't great, and the buffet should have labels indicating what the food was. Some items were labeled, others weren't, so you had to guess. But it wasn't a big deal.
Por decir algo, y como sugerencia, el café no era muy allá y en el buffet deberían de poner un cartelito con lo que es la comida, había comida que si lo tenían y otros que no, y tenías que imaginarte lo que era. Pero bueno, nada importante.

A 10 out of 10 for everything: California-style facilities, rooms, entertainment, lots of cleaning staff and very friendly, attentive waiters. The activity leaders were great — lovely and fun: Javivi, the one from Cádiz, Marta, Alicia… The performances — the magician, DJ, singers and saxophonists — and the rest of the shows were all really cool and very well done. An incredible variety and quality of food; we’ll definitely repeat. 100% recommended, everything beautiful and very high quality.
