Acceptable all-inclusive package, close to the beach, sun loungers available, very friendly cleaning staff, room (although dated) clean and functional, good bathroom, entertaining evening entertainment. All-inclusive hours were very convenient.

The dining room was a complete mess, with queues for everyone. I've never seen such a long line to get served. It's very poorly laid out, and the staff serving at the bar and grill were very unpleasant. This is our second time here, and I don't know if we'll be back a third. The waiters clearing tables were very slow and the service was poor. The dining room is undoubtedly the hotel's biggest drawback. Some of the all-inclusive waiters also left much to be desired. It's a real shame because the hotel has other advantages that would make it an ideal place.
El comedor un auténtico caos,colas para todos,nunca he visto semejante cola para servirte la comida, está muy mal distribuido,personal que sirve en barra de comida y de plancha muy desagradable.
Es la segunda vez que vamos y no sé si se dará una tercera.
Camareros en recogida de mesas muy lentos y atención deficiente ,el comedor es sin duda alguna el punto negativo del hotel.
También algunos camareros del ti dejan muche que desear.
Una auténtica pena, porque tiene otras ventajas que harían del hotel un lugar ideal

The waiters were friendly, helpful and quick.

Everything else was terrible. The location was terrible, there was nothing around, just ruins, abandoned buildings, and no atmosphere, absolutely nothing to do. You have to queue for everything, the all-inclusive leaves a lot to be desired. They give you tokens for drinks and if you don't return the glass they won't give them back and therefore you can't order again, it's a disgrace to be an all-inclusive. The food was very little to choose from and for meat or main courses you have to queue for a long time for them to serve you, like a buffet!!! They do this to put you off wanting to eat more and having to queue. I'll never go back, not even to La Manga, much less to that hotel. It needs one star!
Todo lo demás,fatal,la ubicación fatal,no hay nada alrededor,solo ruinas,edificios abandonados,y nada de ambiente, absolutamente nada que hacer.Hay que hacer colas para todo,el todo incluido deja mucho que desear,te dan unas fichas para las bebidas que si no devuelves el vaso no te las devuelven y por lo tanto no puedes volver a pedir,en un todo incluido,de vergüenza.La comida,muy poco para elegir y para la carne o platos principales tienes que hacer una cola enorme para que te lo sirvan ellos,en un buffet!!! Esto lo hacen para que se quiten las ganas de comer más y de hacer esas colas.Vamos nunca volveré ni a la manga,ni mucho menos a ese hotel.Le sobra una estrella!

Very good location, with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Mar Menor on the other (the water is quite warm). Very good facilities, lounges for watching TV and relaxing, and a poolside lounge area with sun loungers and sofas. Great entertainment, both in the pool and at night. Friendly staff.
Muy buena ubicación, mar mediterráneo por un lado y mar menor por otro (bastante caliente el agua). Muy buenas instalaciones,salones para ver tele, para descansar, zona de descanso en piscina con tumbonas y zona de sofás. Animación muy bien, tanto en pisicina como por la noche. Personal agradable.
I was hesitant about the negative reviews. They said the buffet always served the same thing. No, there's a daily theme, so the food varies. There were also comments that the staff wasn't friendly.
