We had bed bugs in our room, we ended up with multiple bites. We mentioned it at reception and they told us where the pharmacy was and almost laughed in our face. The next day we complained again and another receptionist told us to tell the cleaning service to clean it. Until we almost lost the forms, because the situation was very desperate, as we also called the agency Cn travel (without much success, although at least told us to talk to hotel, the thing that according to reception was not made .....). We managed to get a room change on the last night. The buffet breakfast was very improvable, every day the same thing, except for the fruit which was good. Yes, we will return to Madeira but of course we will avoid hotel Mutua Raga at all costs.
En habitación tuvimos chinches, acabamos con múltiples picaduras. Lo hemos comentado en recepción y nos indicaron dónde está farmacia casi riéndose en nuestra cara. El próximo día volvimos a quejarnos y al estar otra recepcionista nos dijo que avisarán el servicio de limpieza para que lo limpié. Hasta que por poco no perdemos las formas, porque la situación era muy desesperante, ya que tb llamamos a la agencia Cn travel (sin mucho éxito, aunque al menos nos dijo que hablara con hotel, la cosa que según recepción no se hizo.....) Logramos que la última noche nos cambien habitación. El desayuno buffet muy mejorable, todos los días lo mismo, salvo la fruta que estaba buena. Si, volveremos a Madeira pero desde luego vamos a evitar a toda costa hotel Mutua Raga

La organización ha sido muy buena. Vuelo con air nostrum (sin restricciones ridículas de equipaje). A la llegada facilidad encuentro con la empresa que nos hacía el transfers. Al día siguiente pequeña excursión al centro ciudad (no sabíamos que estaba incluida). Y a la salida, muy puntuales con em transfer. Empresa muy profesional
El hotel de 4 estrellas era más bien de 3 estrellas. (Aunque la habitación para 3 personas era muy espaciosa)Todos los días el mismo desayuno.

I missed some more information (maybe about the location of the hotel and possibilities from there, although it was good). Also upon arrival we were told that there was a guided tour included to the city of Funchal that we did not know (which I think would be positive to highlight for the organization of the holiday) and we also learned there that the guided tours could be taken with the same agency. Although with other agencies it was very good, it would have been nice to know because the guides were very nice.
He echado en falta algo más de información (igual sobre la ubicación del hotel y posibilidades desde allí, aunque ha estado bien). También al llegar nos dijeron que había una visita guiada incluida a la ciudad de Funchal que no sabíamos (lo cual creo que sería positivo remarcarlo para la organización del viaje) y también nos enteramos allí de que las excursiones guiadas se podían coger con la misma agencia. Aunque con otras agencias estuvo muy bien, hubiera estado bien saberlo porque los guías eran muy majos.

I found the management of Jump2spain to be impeccable.

The breakfasts were terrible. The bread was dry for several days and the rest of the pastries. The supposed juices were water and every day they served exactly the same food.
The rooms were not swept. They only changed the towels and made the beds. The third bed was a disaster. There was no one to sleep, because it was very uncomfortable.
