Excellent location. Maybe the cleanliness is rated 9, but everything else is rated 10.I will came back again!

We were hit by a group of 4 young people in the room next door, who at 3 in the morning decided to put a loudspeaker on full blast to continue the party in the room, we had to go down to reception at 03:30 and ask them to say something to them, they stopped but in the end they continued the chatter until 05:30 which must have been when they ran out of marijuana that they were smoking on the balcony that you could smell from Tossa. They should warn these people about the rules before entering the hotel. Rude people. They come from outside and think they are the owners of everything.
Ens va tocar un grup de 4 joves a la habitació del costat, que a les 3 del mati van decidir posar un altaveu a tota castanya per seguir la festa a la habitació, vam tenir que baixar a recepció a les 03:30 i demanar que els hi diguessin alguna cosa, van parar però al cap de res van continuar el xivarri fins les 05:30 que deuria ser quan s’els hi va acabar la marihuana que s’estaven fumant al balcó que se sentia la olor des-de Tossa. Haurien d’avisar a aquesta gent de les normes abans d’entrar al hotel. Uns maleducats. Venen de fora i es pensen que sòn els amos de tot.

This is our seventh year spending our holidays here, and we regret to have noticed the change in customerele. We've gone from a family atmosphere to busloads of disrespectful, noisy, and dirty young people (Germans and Dutch). It's a real shame.

The dining room needs to be soundproofed because it's very noisy for tourists and staff. The food is mostly processed; there are few homemade dishes. There aren't enough umbrellas around the pool—it's a scramble for them.

You can tell it has been renovated. What stood out was the housekeeping service… for us it was really, really good. The food at the buffet is small BUT there’s always something different and options for every “diet”: vegetarian, vegan, meat, salads, etc. a bit of everything.

What we didn't like was that we went in June and the timetable for the children's area was either 11:00 or 18:00, so we couldn't enjoy it.
