          The best things are the hotel's location and its views, as well as the very nice staff who were attentive and friendly, and the easy car park.
          Lo mejor es la situación del hotel y sus vistas, además del personal supermajo muy atentos y amables, fácil aparcamiento .
          The accommodation needs interior renovation of the rooms — chipped paint on walls and ceilings, broken furniture, floor tiles that don’t match, as if repairs were done piecemeal and with the bare minimum. The spa area also needs improvement: the sauna had painted tiles, the steam concentrated on the ceiling and the condensation droplets fall very hot on your skin, the smell of chlorine while you’re in the pool is awful, as if there’s no ventilation, and the water was tepid to cold. In short, lots of little things to improve.
          El alojamiento necesita renovación interior de las habitaciones, desconchones en paredes y techos, muebles rotos, baldosas del suelo que no tienen que ver unas con otras, es como si hicieran arreglillos a trompicones y con lo mínimo, la zona de spa también necesita mejorar, zona de sauna tenia los azulejos pintados el vapor de la sauna se concentraba en el techo y las gotas de la condensación te caen muy calientes en la piel, el olor a cloro mientras estás en la piscina es horroroso es como si no tuviera ventilación , el agua estaba templada tirando a fría. en fin muchas cositas que mejorar.

          The spa is really very small only has a pool with three jets one of which was not working and a jacuzzi for two people do not fit more, there is no staff to assist you if you need something there is a phone to call reception and no lockers to leave your things, there was no shampoo or shower gel, I think to call it a spa is not fair rather is an indoor pool with three jets ...?

          What we liked the most was the tasting dinner the first night and its location. The buffet was very good. The staff very friendly and attentive. Quietness.

          The cleanliness of the bathrooms: the first day there were traces of the previous occutrousers. After that it was fine. The spa is fair: deposit for towels, good, but they should warn you that there is no possibility of bathrobe to consider how you are going to get out of the spa and get to the room. The water temperature is almost cool. Two jets, two water beds with jets and a jacuzzi for a capacity, I think I remember, of 40 people. Seems to me either too much capacity or too little apparatus. Although we were lucky enough to be alone for two days. The bed could be improved.
          La limpieza de los baños: el primer día había huellas de los anteriores ocupantes. Luego bien. El spa justito: fianza por las toallas, bueno, pero deberían avisar que no hay posibilidad de albornoz para plantearte cómo vas a salir del spa y llegar a la habitación. La temperatura del agua casi fresca. Dos chorros, dos camas de agua con chorros y un jacuzzi para un aforo, creo recordar, de 40 personas. Me parece o mucho aforo o poco aparato. Aunque tuvimos la suerte de estar dos días solos. Cama mejorable.

          I do not recommend buying, quite disappointing, the hotel is far from being 4 stars, at most 2, smells old in every corner and needs a reform, plus the wet area is far from being a SPA, as the space is small and allows the access of children and babies who use the space for learning to swim and / or play, in the restaurant the dinner included was decent, but having a more appropriate space (dining room) they decided that it is much better to put the dinners right next to the bar, as in a bar of any town, with white lights that almost make you the meat, far from generating a pleasant, intimate and own atmosphere of a hotel restaurant ****
          No recomiendo comprar, bastante decepcionante, el hotel está lejos de ser 4 estrellas, como mucho 2, huele a viejo en cada rincón y necesita una reforma, además de que la zona húmeda está lejos de ser un SPA, ya que el espacio es reducido y permite la entrada de niños y bebés que utilizan el espacio para la aprender a nadar y/o jugar, en el restaurante la cena que incluía estaba decente, pero teniendo un espacio más apropiado (comedor) decidieron que es mucho mejor poner las cenas justo al lado de la barra, como en un bar de pueblo cualquiera, con luces blancas que casi que te hacen la carne, lejos de generar un ambiente ameno, íntimo y propio del restaurante de un hotel ****

          The room was spacious and the hotel's location unbeatable. The breakfast buffet is impressive.
          La habitación amplia y la ubicación del hotel inmejorable. El desayuno buffet es impresionante.
          For the deal price (€167 for one night with a menu) I would have booked a single room (€80, the worst one they have, which is the one we were given) and still had €87 left for a seafood feast... With the hotel half-empty, they give us a room facing a housing estate of chalets instead of the sea (the other side of the hotel). The room’s terrace has a gutter running across the middle of the ceiling, so on rainy days (common in the north) you can’t go out onto the terrace because there’s a waterfall right in the middle of it. The tasting menu includes a bottle of Moscato, which we asked them not to bring because we don’t like it... instead we ordered a soft drink and a small beer and... surprise, they charge us for it. Later we go to order a drink (at 23:00h) and they tell us the bar is closing (this is a hotel that’s supposed to be 4★ on a Saturday). So at 23:00h your only option is to go back to the room and watch TV. Finally, very little information about the spa. We asked at reception and they told us there are changing rooms and lockers in the spa to leave your phone, glasses and room key... when we went down to the spa the only thing we found (thanks to another guest) was a “room” with a chair to change on... no lockers or any place to leave your belongings.
          Por el precio del chollo (167€ una noche con menú) me cojo la habitación sola (80€, la peor que hay que es la que nos dieron) y aún me sobran 87€ para una mariscada...Estando el hotel medio vacío, nos dan habitación con vistas a urbanización de chalets en vez de al mar (la otra cara del hotel). La terraza de la habitación tiene en mitad del techo un canalón, por lo que en días de lluvia (muchos en el norte) no puedes salir a la terraza ya que tienes una cascada en mitad de la terraza. El menú degustación incluye una botella de moscato, la cual decimos que no nos la pongan porque no nos gusta...en su lugar pedimos un refresco y una caña y..sorpresa, nos la cobran. Después vamos a pedir una copa (a las 23:00) y nos dicen que están cerrando la barra (un Hotel que se supone que es de 4☆ un sábado). Por lo que a las 23:00 no te queda otra que ir a la habitación a ver la tv. Por último, poca información del spa. Preguntamos en recepción y noa docen que hay vestuarios y taquilla en el spa para dejar el móvil, gafas de ver y tarjeta de habitación...cuando bajamos al spa, lo único que encontramos (y gracias a un cliente) fue una "sala" con una silla para cambiarse...nada de taquillas ni lugar donde dejar tus pertenencias.

          The spa water was a bit cold, even in the small jacuzzi. Also, on Saturday there were about 10-12 of us in the spa and it was too many for the limited space — you couldn’t really swim and it was uncomfortable waiting to get one of the jets, the jacuzzi or the bubble beds.
          El agua del spa estaba un poco fría, incluso la del pequeño jacuzzi. Por otro lado, el sábado estabamos 10-12 personas en el spa y eramos muchos para el reducido espacio, no se podía nadar y se hacía incómodo esperar a tener alguno de los chorros, jacuzzi o camas de burbujas disponibles.

          They told us the hotel only has 5 double beds, all of which were taken, so they gave us a room with three single beds. After two days of spa treatments we could only enjoy one, because when we went down to book there were only three very inconvenient slots left, at lunchtime or dinnertime.
          Nos informaron que el hotel solo vuena con 5 camas matrimoniales, las cuales estaban todas cubiertas, por lo que nos asignaron un cuarto con 3 camas. Luego de los dos días de spa solo pudimos disfrutar de unos, ya que cuando bajamos a reservar solo quedaban 3 horas super incómodas, a la hora de la comida o la cena.

          The hotel has 4 stars but 3 would be more accurate. The spa photos are very misleading. It leaves a lot to be desired. When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t inform us or give us a towel for the spa — we had to find out for ourselves and keep asking. There was no one in the spa to guide you or to check whether people were complying with the one-hour limit. We asked the receptionist who was in charge of that and she told me no one, it was according to capacity — so why bother booking a time? If it’s crowded I’ll go, if not I’ll stay out. In short, a good hotel but not an experience I’d repeat.

I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
