COMO COMENTARIO POSITIVO SOLO PUEDO HABLAR DEL RESPONSABLE, YA QUE ESTUVO ATENTO DE SOLUCIONAR NUESTRO PROBLEMA

The hotel has no windows, meaning little ventilation. The beds are uncomfortable and low. MAIN PROBLEM I HAD. We arrived at 14:30h to eat at the accommodation and they had almost nothing to give us. The waiter did not know Spanish and it was impossible to talk to him. When I was about to go to the bathroom, at the exit I WAS LOCKED IN, I wasn't able to open it. The receptionists were standing, if it weren't for my companion I would still be there who warned them that he was going to break the door to get me out. When I finally came out of the bathroom, THERE WAS NO RESPONSIBLE at this time to fix it. When I managed to relax, with my knee busted from kicking, they brought us food and the toast was burnt. NULL!!! At the time they came to talk to me. Of course I filed a complaint, I couldn't walk around all weekend and the only thing the hotel did was invite me to dinner. APPALLING

El hotel no tiene ventanas, es decir, poca ventilación. Las camas son incomodas y bajas. PRINCIPAL PROBLEMA QUE TUVE. Llegamos a las 14:30 a comer al alojamiento y ya no tenian casi nada para darnos. El camarero no sabia castellano y era nulo hablar con el. Cuando me dispongo a ir al baño, a la salida ME QUEDE ENCERRADA, no fui capaz de abrir, Los de rececpcion estaban parados, si no fuera por mi acompañante seguiria ahi que les avisó que iba a romper la puerta para sacarme. Cuando por fin sali del baño, NO HABIA RESPONSABLE en este momento para solucionarlo. Cuando consegui relajarme, con la rodilla reventada de dar patadas, nos trajeron la comida y estaba quemada la tosta. NULO!!! A la hora vinieron hablar conmigo Por supuesto puse hoja de reclamacion, yo ya no podia andar en todo el fin de semana y lo unico qu eh izo el hotel fue invitarme a cenar. PESIMO
